When it is the first time we launch something, the new offer new show or new marketing campaign, we will get so excited that we started to have all these different best case scenarios on top of our heads. Which is not wrong. But this usually is also what holding us back from moving on. Most of the times, things are going to happen way below your expectation because you don't know what you don't know.
