Learning With Intent

I love learning. Everyone loves to learn something. Because when we are learning, it feels like we are progressing right? It feels like we are doing something to create change. But the reality is, we are not. It is way too easy to get stuck in what I called the 'learning loop' where you are constantly learning and consuming information. And this usually leads to burnout and overwhelm, which will only hurt your progress more than help. In this episode, I am going to walk you through my process of 'just in time learning' that has served me so well, allowing me to progress further and get things done.
