Create Your Market, Not Pick!

You often hear marketers say, you need to pick your niche so that you are no longer competing in the bloody red ocean. So that you can stand out in the sea of sameness. But then by default if you are picking your market, it means that you are stepping into a market that someone else has created. It means that you are going in to compete against everyone else who is already in the market way earlier than you do. Which doesn't give you any advantage at all. There is big difference between picking your market and creating your market. And I am big believer of the later. Let's talk about creating your market today.
