36. Andy Carroll's Wine Tour Continues

The top level of club football is back and plenty of overseas-based Brits were doing their thing for their respective clubs, not least in Serie A where Samuel Iling-Junior, Ademola Lookman, Keinan Davis and Tammy Abraham were doing good work over the weekend. We also reflect on Ivan Toney and Chris Smalling's starts in Saudi Arabia, Harry Kane's goalscoring records for Bayern Munich and a mixed week so far for Brits abroad in the new Champions League format.

Despite transfer windows closing, there are still moves abroad to discuss for free agents including Liam Cooper in Bulgaria, Andros Townsend's unveiling (finally!) in Antalya, and a very interesting English duo signing for the French fallen giant, Bordeaux.
