Welcome to what feels like the first episode of the INTENTIONALLY UNPREPARED Series! My current thought is to sprinkle these "couch conversations" in from time to time...as they definitely reflect a different feel than all of the other episodes here on Intentionally Well.

The following is a candid chat (versus an interview) with Homeopathic Doctor, Sarah Trask...about our faith in God and healing. Life's trials and tribulations can often be very hard to bear, and we find ourselves depleted and defeated, wondering if we will ever see change. In our human quest for control and power, these trials hit our lives FOR us, despite our pain, sorrow, grief, or discomfort. The "growing pains" we face are usually great and purposeful gifts, and pave the way for both our surrendering and our salvation.

In this unconventional episode, Sarah and I bring what would be a typical phone conversation of ours to the podcast mic. It is an extremely raw, imperfect, organic episode with no prep and all heart.
