Episode description

Join our Projects for the Soul group here » https://intentioninspired.com/projects-for-the-soul Introducing, our next project for the soul: Winter Creative Journaling! A message from our host, Marva: Bring yourself...every day...because this is your art room and you are the creator of your own sanctuary. You are worthy, important, magical and wise. You are a creator and you are enough. The intention for this project is twofold. First, I want to make my creative expression a priority by devoting a period of time to it daily. I want creativity to be my spiritual practice. Not only because it is what feeds my soul but also because sharing my specific view of "creativity" is my gift to you and that makes it a high priority. I feel out of balance if I don't practice what I preach. My thought is that even if keeping a creative journal is not one of the creative practices that feeds your soul we can all benefit from making ourselves a priority. This is a fun way to do that. Secondly, artistic expression is not my only creative outlet. I am also a writer. I want to develop a seasonal format for creative journaling that includes both writing and color, technique and an intentional focal point. I believe that we can learn so much on our journey of self through the practice of combining writing with "art" and I am really excited to put my theory into practice.
