Danica Darling Riding out COVID as a Sex Worker

On this episode I speak with (remotely) with Danica Darling, a sex worker, advocate, and fellow podcaster, all the way from Vancouver. Danica has been a sex worker for over 7 years and more recently has become a sex work advocate and podcaster to help destigmatize, decriminalize, and humanize sex work. We talk about her venture into sex work and how she became a regular university guest lecturer on sex worker’s rights after graduating with a psychology degree. We also discuss how COVID-19 has impacted sex workers from losing clients, to moving content online, and applying for the relief fund, which for some sex workers is inaccessible.
