On this episode I speak with Social Media Influencer Amber Emery about her nude modeling and what it’s like managing her brand online. Amber takes us back to @hedonismjamaica where she began nude modeling and her work with Joel Alvarez of the @blacktapeproject that helped her come out of her shell, then her more recent work with @kingvitaly. We discuss body modification and plastic surgery advice and advocacy. Amber also goes into the demands of being an influencer and how it intersects with freedom, authenticity and privacy. I then ask a question that @lauraxdesiree from @nakednews brought up in the interview I did with her a while back, namely, if it’s okay in the @metoomvmt era for a woman to sleep with someone to get ahead? This brings up a tough conversation about sex, power and double standards, especially considering the ongoing Harvey Weinstein trial.
