#2 Finding my own belief system w/ Gloria Shao

Gloria is a graduate student pursuing her graduate degree at New York University in Management and Systems. Before that, she was the chapter founder of Lean In China, a global female empowerment organization affiliated with Lean In Org. She was also one of the top 20 national young leaders influencing over 8000+ college students around the nation. She previously worked at L’Oreal as a part of the Chief Digital Officer team on new retailing and e-commerce analytics. Now she has her eyes set on B2B computer software industries after graduation. She believes that accepting change is the only constant, and it is one of the most important factors for anyone to excel at anything they do.
