s going to be the case. Why. Because even though there may be a part of we' re going to split the job because now artificial intelligence is doing practically everything. Then we' ll all work but for everyone to have a job. I don' t think this is going to be quite like this. If the world wants to evolve properly. But there are different political parties that are more for this type of distribution of work, even if
it is not productive. The fact is that, from my point of view, what is going to happen is what we have seen over the last few years, with the appearance of the Internet, with the appearance of the steam engine, with the appearance of the printing press, people believed that oysters before by hand had to write and it took a year to write a book and now with the printing press, it took a week. What' s going to happen with all that time saving, because it' s just that jobs
will disappear and I won' t have to work that much anymore. In my view, this is not the case and that is not what we have seen throughout these technological changes in the last hundred years. Then or more, what has been seen that people have continued to work those eight or ten hours
a day, but more productively. And as everyone has been more productive thanks to these technological advances, we are simply more productive by dedicating those eight ten hours a day that now artificial intelligence will allow us to be even more productive, because, just as we have seen over time, in my view,
we will simply be able to do much more at the same time. But that doesn' t mean we' re gonna take off hours of work, because a competitor says you work less and now you get three times as much as before. But it' s just that I' m also going to get the triple as before and I' m going to work the same hours, so I' m not going to work any less like you, because right now the productivity standard is the one we have thanks to artificial intelligence.
So there are people who don' t think about this, who ask us to work less because we' re super productive now. But I don' t think so. I think that actually now the level of productivity that is achieved is very high, but it can be achieved practically anything by anyone without knowledge. Even then three great learnings that I have brought out of this. Don' t be afraid in artificial intelligence. It helps us create better products and services in less time, but that doesn' t mean we work less,
just that we can do more at the same time. There' s already an example of what I told you in the previous episode. I have been able to create my own music, my own bachatas, without any idea of composing, creating music, playing more than guitar and little more. I have no idea I' m a DJ. However, I am DDJ today in quotation marks, because thanks to artificial intelligence, I can create songs very easily, because I like it, because I know how to interpret it.
I have a few basic minimum notions, but once, with the technology I had at my disposal, I couldn' t create bachatas, I didn' t know how to use it and I needed to invest that time to do it. Usually many hours to be a professional and create something decent. Today, thanks to artificial intelligence, something that would have taken me at least a year to have that knowledge. Surely I can create it in a morning without having any idea step from zero to one hundred in a morning in the result,
in the knowledge that is no longer needed. So that' s a great learning and a great power that we have today. Second great learning. If you don' t take advantage of artificial intelligence, someone will do it for you, even with much less industry knowledge than you do how I' m doing. I am creating very good bachatas that some are already dating in some discos, which I am surely doing better than many DJs, in much
less time and in a very professional way.
