The Occupation of Hands on Healing (Re-Release)

In Season 3, podcasts will come monthly instead of bi-monthly. 

I wanted to start this season off with a re-release. Here we hear from two of my favorite people and my two massage therapists as they give us an inside look into massage and its many benefits. I chose to re-release this episode in the winter in order to remind you all that self-care is so vital & necessary and even moreso in the winter when we are all battling the cold & less sunshine or access to the Earth's healing frequency. Everyone needs a loving pair of hands on our bodies!
