To kick off season 3 we are discussing cyber risk with Simon Cartagena. Simon is Deputy CRO for SCOR UK, soon to become CRO of Cincinnati Global Underwriting in London and on the actuarial profession’s cyber risk investigation working party. We discuss: • How the war in Ukraine impacted cyber risk in 2022 and what new cyber risks have emerged from the conflict. • What more we should be doing to reflect cyber risk within capital models. • The different techniques to model cyber risk currently and how they should change going forward.
