195. Instructional Coaching Start-Up: Success Stories from the First 20 Days of Coaching with David White

The first 20 days of coaching are so important! They set the foundation for the rest of the year! In this episode, David White joins me to discuss the steps he took at the beginning of the year to establish himself as an instructional coach.
