Sometimes we provide professional development, do collaborative planning, and model in classrooms, but once we step back and let the teacher take the reigns, we're surprised at how little is put into practice in the classroom.

Enter: support models with practice! In this episode, I interview Gretchen Bridgers of Always a Lesson. This instructional coach shares with us the reason and methods for building in practice to our coaching cycles and support models to ensure that teachers are prepared to implement new strategies and ideas!
