Geri Spieler is an investigative journalist and award-winning speaker. She is also an author, whose latest book "Regina of Warsaw" speaks to personal experience in a historical fiction based on the life of her grandmother, Regina. As a young woman with a toddler son, she made the courageous decision to leave Poland prior to WW1, due to the violence erupting against Jewish citizens. Many members of her family died due to antisemitic acts. It's important to understand history and see our role and the actions we need to take.
