Episode description

Erin Rollins is an amazing woman who had a great future ahead of her. Then, in November 2014, a horrific crash caused by a drunk driver, driving the wrong way on the interstate, nearly ended her life. Erin had multiple surgeries, in the double digits over the years, and was not expected to ever walk again. But she had a strong determination to face all this head-on. And now, as both a writer, and spokesperson for MADD, Erin is using her voice, strength, and experience to change laws, the latest being a lock device on vehicles that will not allow a person to drive under the influence. That female who caused the crash was given an 18-month jail sentence. Summer months are some of the most dangerous on the roadways.
