Episode description

Gary Randle is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of HOPE Farm, a leadership program that guides at-risk boys (predominantly African-American) to become Christ-centered men of integrity. Gary talks about moving from California to attend college and play basketball at Texas Christian University, the moment he became a Christian, how a church mission trip to an Amarillo prison was a "fork in the road" that forever changed his life, the long and winding path to see his dream of HOPE Farm become reality, and the challenges young African-American men face today. For over 25 years, Gary and his colleagues at HOPE Farm have deeply touched and positively affected the lives of young men, fulfilling their promise to "Help Other People Excel."
