Everquest XP w/ Tomias (Batphones & Bros) Ep. 8

In Everquest, the world is populated with powerful gods and dragons. These creatures usually spawn in a 12-72 hour window and if killed, drop the most powerful treasures in the game. It takes a well coordinated group of up to 72 players to bring the beasts down (less if the players are well geared and skilled.) Tomias mans the batphone in our guild. He tracks when these creatures spawn, and alerts all 995 of us when they appear. It’s an important position because all of the other guilds in the game are trying to kill these creatures & if we don’t get there quick, another group will show up and try to get all the treasures! In todays ep, Tomias shares his experience manning the batphone, taking down high level raid mobs with his brother, and his early days of Everquest play.
