Bruce Levine and Matt Spiegel opened their show by discussing Cubs manager David Ross' leadership style in his debut season and how he has been reflecting on how he can improve. The guys then listened and reacted to Marlins manager Don Mattingly's comments on MLB pace of play and whether rule changes can help that. Later, Cubs pitching coach Tommy Hottovy joined the show to discuss the organization's philosophy on velocity vs. control and what the team's rotation will look like in 2021.
