Episode description

In the second hour, Bruce Levine and Matt Spiegel were joined by Hall of Fame writer Peter Gammons of the Athletic to discuss MLB integrating Negro Leagues statistics from 1920 to 1948 into its official record books. Gammons also discussed Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant's future and whether Bryant has lost his love for the game. Cubs Radio play-by-play man Pat Hughes then joined the show to discuss Len Kasper's move from the Cubs television booth to the White Sox radio team and the joys of calling playoff baseball on the radio. Later, the guys discussed whether former Cubs president of baseball operations Theo Epstein could lead a team to a Super Bowl win.
