In this podcast we talk about 2 athletes, MIchael and Leah and how they trained to earn their big races at IM Lake Placid and IM Wisconsin.
Michael had his career best IM Race, running a 3:11 Marathon and Leah raced her first IM and came away with a 4th place and Kona Slot!
Both trained very different and we dive into their training.
