Owen Jones on his ADCC breakthrough, building confidence, and developing an attacking style

He's an ADCC Trials winner, ADCC Worlds Semi Finalist, and one of Europe's top grapplers. On this week's episode Owen shared some interesting stories from his early years of training, his time spent training with the B-Team and the lessons he learned there, as well as some of his favourite training methods to develop his signature attacking style.
