He's a black belt under Marc Laimon since 2009, winner of The Ultimate Fighter, and now one of the head coaches of Team Alpha Male in Sacramento, California. In part 1 of this weeks show, Chris shares his experiences of winning The Ultimate Fighter, and fighting in the UFC. He also gives some great insight into how he has transitioned from being a UFC fighter to coaching others, along with some great advice on dealing with injuries, and much more.
