10: Invisible Competition

Have you ever found yourself competing with someone even though there’s no reward in the end? Have you noticed someone one-upping you or copying the things you do and enjoy? Well i have, too. In this episode, I share my experience with taking part in an invisible competition with another for almost 7 years. I am ashamed of what I used to allow, but I am proud of how I have grown. It’s important to recognize and accept when you’re living in constant comparison. Stop comparing, stop competing, stop living for others. Just be you. Enjoy it.
