Social Media Talk: Comparison to Others & F.O.M.O

In this episode, I discuss on my stance with the media and how I resonate with it. Along with key topics to having a healthy relationship with the media. Such as, not comparing yourself to others and getting out of the fear of missing out mindset which can really be detrimental to your mental space. I expand on my personal experiences in regards to social media and normalize the idea around living a more private life.
