A Duo is a conversational LARP for 2 players created by Ray Cox. In A Duo the location you play in will inform your setting. Allowing you to pick from a list of playsets. Ellery and Ray recently playtested some of the scenarios. Audio quality is a bit all over the place but we learned a lot by playing.

And looks at many of the experiences of non dominant social groups; with a focus on African American, and Queer communities. We also talked about DC'...

This week we explore the difficulties of fixing someone else's mistakes, difference of morality, family stress, and the complexity of building a new world. This is Mars Colony, a two person RPG by Tim C Koppang. This episode was recorded in a rather resonant space, but shouldn't be a problem to listen to. We hope you enjoy listening to this Two Person RPG.

We recently spoke with Jason Tasharski about their upcoming game Stand In Defiance, and how they first got interested in game design. It's lovely little interview, about an intriguing narrative game.

We were asked by Burning Games to play their new game about the colonisation of America by monsters who ride into war on dragons. It's meant to be a game that deals with issues of exploitation and prejudice but honestly; I don't think they take a hard enough stance. We had fun playing the game, so I hope you enjoy listening to us fumble our way through temples, and jungles, and strange monsters.

We heard about an awesome game being made on Kickstarter recently, and we just had to talk to the designer. Fraser Simons is the creator of Hack The Planet; a cyberpunk climate fiction Blades Hack. He took the time out of this morning to chat with us about his cool new project. We're very excited to see Hack The Planet get released, for whole bunch of reasons. Including, some Australian writers are contributing to it!

Ellery, Caitlyn, Sofi, and Ray got together to playtest a bit of Angel Project. Angel Project is an upcoming RPG from the folks behind Magical Fury. You play potential members of an elite fighting group. And through the course of play become armed with special armoured fighting suits. It takes some elements of the magical girl genre and blends in more sci-fi elements, military hardware. For us a key touch stone was Bubblegum Crisis. We hope you like it; and if you have feedback on the game, let ...

We wanted to share with you how we created the setting for our Blades in The Dark campaign, using a map drawing game called The Quiet Year. After we finished up the game Fin went and listened through the whole episode, extrapolating changes, and cutting the fat until we had a nice consistent setting. Then he drew us a kick ass map! We hope you all enjoy this look at a cool little thing we did.

It's the last episode of Blades In The Dark; of course the players don't know that. The Spectres are breaking into prison to break someone out of prison...and oh my, the prison is Bedlam. A warren of impetus infused restraints, cells, locks, and doors. Wardens with strange other worldly power. A space void of light, hope, and peace of mind. Hopefully the Spectres all get out safe!
