Attention passengers traveling from two for one Mississippi to be free Tennessee. Your local mode is here at gate number one. All aboard! Welcome, welcome, welcome. We just want to welcome you to local mode of 8223, where I'm your conductor D. Wayne Roper. Hey family, we want to let you know that we will be traveling to be free Tennessee. That's just a little north of Burden Valley Mountain.

Hey family, once we're riding past Burden Valley Mountain, I will tell you to look out the left of the local mode of and you will see a whole lot of people stuck in their misery. A whole lot of people stuck in yesterday. A whole lot of people just carrying a whole bunch of baggage and you will see a thriving community of doctors, a thriving community

of people who are helping hands. You know, you're talking about hospitals or insane asylums or those things that help the body to just give the body momentary comfort. You see, sometimes we have to make it to be free Tennessee to release some of those burdens that those individuals are struggling with in Burden Valley Mountain. Yeah, family, we will be traveling. This is not going to be a long journey. We're talking about forgiveness.

We just want to touch basis on forgiveness. You know, a lot of times we keep things, you know, in our hearts or keep things locked inside of us from some things that people done to us in the past. So we want to talk about the powerful, transformative practices that has the potential to change our lives for the better. You know, forgiveness is not just an act of kindness towards others, but really forgiveness is for us. Yeah, family,

we want you to know that forgiveness is just as important to us as it is to others. I want to say it's more important to us. Yeah, family, forgiveness is like self liberation. You know, you know, we was locked in chains or locked in things that was preventing us to find our happiness or our inner joy. And guess what? Those things, you know, can only hold you as long as you hold them inside of your heart. So we want to challenge you to find

the release of those burdens and be free family. Yeah, be free. You know, we want you to just think back to those things and just make sure that we are not carrying around those burdens like those people. Oh, as a matter of fact, if you look over, look over the mountain to your left, all of those people down there, you see all those houses, you see all those hospitals, you see all those insane asylums. Those are from people who have been able unable

to make it past those things that may have caused some internal damage to them. Well, family, a lot of us are walking around with those same things. You know, we just found a way to cope in sadness or we have found a way to cope in pointing finger fingers or blaming others for all of the things that we have maybe experiencing. And a lot of times those things are something that's from our past, you know, we blame those things in a

perpetual matter. That means we're never stopped experiencing those things that have caused us to come to a stop. So family, with this journey on our journey to be free Tennessee, we want you to just think about releasing some of those baggage. We want you to leave those things that you don't need on the locomotive with us. Leave them behind. Yeah, you don't

need them anymore. You have they have caused enough harm to you, to us. You know, a lot of times those harms comes in the form of some sickness, even a cold, you know, did you know unforgiveness will cause you to, you know, it may cause our it may cause our immune system to be weakened. Did you know that? Did you know? Unforgiveness may cause us to

have stress related disorders. Did you know that? Did you know? And sometimes it will cause us to have digestive issues, sleep disorders, chronic pains, family, even prevent us from doing some things that we actually want to do. You know, I've heard that, you know, unforgiveness may cause individuals to have arthritis. Unforgiveness may cause individuals to have joint pains and back pains, you know, and becoming immobile. Yeah, family, you know, issues of breathing.

We're talking about issues of bleeding. Yeah, family, all of those things can be caused from some some past hurts or some past pains that's, you know, that we're carrying around with us. So family, we want to challenge you to look within and think about forgiving those individuals. Actually, think about forgiving ourselves, you know, and and start to get on the winning side of this thing called life. So family, we found that, you know, and let

your conductors tell you a story. You know, there was a time where your conductor was struggling to forgive someone, you know, your conductor was, you know, just just angry. And the conductor wife told him, Hey, you know, sometimes you're going to have to forgive people before they even ask you. Sometimes we have to forgive individuals, even if they do not ask for forgiveness. In reality, forgiveness is for ourselves, because forgiveness will

prevent us from performing at our best. So family, we want to challenge you on the inner ground railroad to look within. Let go some baggage. Let's forgive those individuals, who have caused us some pain. Let's forgive those individuals who have wronged us, who have betrayed our trust, you know, in situations, it's natural to feel angry at individuals who have did some things that hurt us. But let me just say this to you, you know, those things

can be burdens in our lives. Those things can cause us to push other people away. Those things can cause us from moving into our land of pleasure, land of plenty, land of abundance. Yeah, family, the mere fact of unforgiveness can be hindering us from attracting the life that we want. We got to forgive some folks, family, even if they do not ask. So I want you to embrace the true power of forgiveness. You know, we must recognize and realize that

truly forgiveness is not for the other individual, it's for ourselves. Yeah. Forgiveness is for ourselves. So we want to release some baggage on this journey as we travel to B3 Tennessee. We want you to know that, hey, as we forgive, we reclaim our power. We take control of our own emotional well being. And guess what, family? We will start to be stronger.

We will start to understand that we are capable. We'll start to understand that, hey, sometimes, you know, that individual may only been able to give what he had in them, family, and that's showing empathy towards others, family. You know, it was a great thing or a great saying in the times past, I think it's relevant today. It says that hurt people hurt people. So sometimes

individuals can only give you what they have inside of them. So I want to challenge you to look within side of yourself and see if it's not you that's dealing with some hurt and hoping that it's not you that's dishing out hurt as well. You know, I heard a thing said in the Bible that it is not what goes in the man that that causes him to sin. It's

the thing that comes out. So let's make sure that we haven't let the things that was done to us cause us to dish out cause us to be individuals that's causing pain cause us to be individuals that's giving out burdens or or passing alone our hurt on other other individuals causing them to be hindered in their joy as well. Yeah, family. Yeah, family, this is a in a ground railroad get deep sometime and we always want to give you some life lessons,

but we also just want you to thrive to get to your land of joy and plenty. We're talking about going and attracting abundance. We're talking about attracting love. We're talking about attracting happiness. We're talking about attracting health, wellness. Yeah, family. We're talking about heading to be free Tennessee. Hey, we almost there family. Hey, I don't want you to get off this get off of this locomotive the same as you got home. You're going to

have to leave some things, you know, through forgiveness, we can transform ourselves. We're talking about through forgiveness. I know we said it. We repeat things on this show on purpose because we understand from repetition through forgiveness. We can attract health. Oh, yes, through forgiveness, we can attract wealth through forgiveness. We can find a new friends. We can attract new love. We can give someone a chance to grow by forgiving.

Sometimes we overlook the forgiveness of self. See, if we can fix ourselves in our micro worlds, we can become a part of the solution to fixing the macro world. You know, sometimes in our micro world, we don't think that we are important, but hey, I mean, you are important. We are all connected. We are all connected. So family, we want to challenge you to look within as we embark on B freak Tennessee. I don't want you to get off this locomotive the same. I want you to

get off better than you were when you first got on the locomotive. Yeah, family, family, I just want you to know that as we get ready to, uh, that's the sound coming into our next portal call. We don't want you to get off the same as you got on family. We are here at be free Tennessee. We want you to leave all those negative things behind you and get off as a new individual. We're talking about debarking that locomotive better than when you got on. Hey family, this has been a pleasurable

journey for me, your conductor. We want you to get off and enjoy yourself in the land of be free Tennessee to the next time family. It has been our joy to point out the things that will cause you to success. E bless.
