2021 hope it brings a bright new light in the day that wouldn't Welcome, welcome, welcome to the Interground Railroad where I am your locomotive conductor D Wayne Roper. Hey family, we just got a short journey from where you are to two for one Mississippi. Yeah, family, we don't think this journey will be that long. We hope the ride be real pleasurable. We hope you'll be able to take some new skills, some new methods to let go of some of those negative things that you don't want to deal with.
Hey family, the late great Henry Ford had a quote, it reads, whether you think you can or you think you can, you're right. Whether you think you can or you think you can, you're right. We gotta let some steam go on that my friends. My friends, hey listen, we want to talk to you about the power of your mind, the power of how you see yourself in determining your success. You see, if you think you're weak, if you think you're unable, family, you're right.
So why not start to think that you're strong enough? Start to think that you're strong enough, family. Start to think that you can. Hey, I told you this journey is going to be nice and smooth and short. We just want to take you from where you are to two for one Mississippi. Yeah, two for one Mississippi. That's when you change one thing and you get two things for the price of one. You see, if you change the way you see yourself, then guess what? The way I see you change as well.
See, you change yourself image and guess what? Everyone else will start to see you as you see yourself. So why not start thinking or seeing yourself as the best that you possibly can be? Why not start seeing yourself as being capable? Why not start seeing yourself as being strong? Why not start seeing yourself as being a great achiever, family? Yeah. Hey, got to let some steam off. You know, we are still on this thing traveling, traveling on this nice, smooth road.
Hey, family, I think we're coming up to another crossing. Yeah. Family, if you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. Well the first step in changing things for yourself, hey, you got to start thinking positive about yourself. You got to start thinking, hey, I can do this. You have to not only thinking, but why not start to feel it? Why not start to believe that you can? Way, way, way, way, way, way down deep, family, deep in your bones. Start to feel that you're strong enough.
Start to feel that you're capable enough. Start to feel that you are wise enough, family. Hey, you are not a failure. You are not a weakling. Hey, you're strong as you think you are. So why not start thinking that you're stronger? Why not start thinking that you are worthy? Why not start just believing that you can? Hey, family, it starts with you. What would happen if you started to believe that you can? I think everything else would start to fall in line.
What would happen if you were to start getting rid of some of those negative things? I think some things will start falling in line, family. What would happen if you start just replacing them with more positive ideas? Hey, I'm telling you, family, it will be worth your effort. It won't happen. I mean, those old thoughts, you know, sometimes they fight to stay within, but hey, you can start changing them little by little. Hey, family, this locomotive are traveling to two-for-one Mississippi.
Yeah, family, that means when you change how you see yourself on the inside, hey, everything else will start to change. Hey, family, one method I found to work and to be profitable, hey, you might want to start implementing the triple R method, the triple R method, the triple R method. Yeah, family, I said it. I said it. I said it. I said it, family, the triple R method. Yeah, well, the triple R method is reject.
Yeah, family, then you request of yourself, hey, do you really want to reject this idea? And then what do you do? You replace it, family. Yes, reject, request, replace. Reject, request, replace. You can do it, family. Somebody got to get out of somebody way. Reject, request, replace. How does that sound? It may sound like, hey, if you're feeling unworthy or unimportant, you may say, am I really unimportant? So you say, no, I am important. You may say, I will not have this thought.
And then you ask yourself, do I really not want to have this thought? And you say, yes, I don't want to have this thought. And then you say, I am important. I am struggling up. I am smart enough. I am the one who they are looking for. That's how you do it, family. The triple R method, reject, request, replace. Reject, request, replace. Yeah, family, another good idea was start to start visualizing yourself as the person you want to be.
Start seeing yourself as the one who is achieving goals, not everyone else. You start seeing yourself as a goal achiever. Yeah, you'll start overcoming those challenges little by little. But it starts with the inside first. You see, if you correct how you see yourself on the inside, everything going on the outside have to start falling in line. So if you get the inner picture right, the outer picture would be out of sight.
If you get the inner picture right, the outer picture will be out of sight. Yeah, family, so we want you to start seeing yourself as you want to be. But start feeling yourself as you want to be. Start believing yourself as you want to be. Yeah, family, you can. Hey, I'm going to go back up to that quote from Henry Ford. He says, whether you think you can or you think you can, you're right. Yeah, family, you see, don't be afraid of failure.
Failure is a momentary, a momentary no, or a momentary closed door, or a momentary defeat. Family, you will win the war. You will survive. You will be the individual you want to be. We want you to know that you have not rode this locomotive for nothing. You have not rode this locomotive in vain. You are strong enough. You are that person you want to be. Don't be afraid of failure. Family, if you think you can or you think you can, you're right.
Hey, I am your locomotive captain, conductor, big brother, Dwayne Roper. Hey, I want to see evidence of who you are on the inside. I want to see that positive evidence of who you are becoming day by day. I want you to be strong enough. Hey, it starts on the inside first. If you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. So family, we want you to know that, hey, once you correct the inner vision, the outer results fall right in line.
So if you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. You see, I don't repeat things by accident. You see, we have to start repeating the story to ourself of who we are. I am strong enough. I am wise enough. I am funny as those individuals over there. I can handle this mic. I can be the leader in this situation. I am management material. I am growing day by day. I am strong enough and stronger than I was yesterday. You know, I get excited. You know, the conductor get excited.
Hey, family, we want you to know that you are capable of achieving anything. You are strong enough. Hey, in the words of Les Brown, he would tell you, it's possible. It's possible. Yes, yes, it's possible. Hey, family, we want you to know that as we start to slow this thing down, as we start to bring it in to the next time, we want you to know that you're not kidding off the same individual that you was. You are that individual. You are strong enough and you are becoming your best self.
Hey, family, we want you to know that this trip has not been in vain. We are bringing this thing into a close and we want you to know that you are. The individual you were meant to be. We want you to know that you are.
