Rick Hanson Ph.D. is a neuropsychologist, speaker, meditation teacher, and the NY Times best-selling author of Hardwiring Happiness, Buddha’s Brain, and Resilience.

For over 30 years he has been researching neuroplasticity and the impact of meditation and mindfulness practices on the human mind. His work has been featured on the BBC, CBS, and NPR, as well as in talks at NASA, Oxford, Stanford, and Harvard.
