It's important to be aware enough to find yourself reacting to something that may be a trigger response. You could yell at a driver for cutting you off, but it's not the driver, it could have been something that happened earlier in the day you never processed. Meditation is a way to slow that response time, but also, look inward with breathing. Next time you find yourself frustrated in line, or in a hurry, try the 3-4-5 Reset. It'll work wonders for your day.
