Ritchie Torres Does Not Represent His District + Palestine Protest Updates

First, we get an update on the March on Washington for Palestine, as well as hear voices from everyday NYCers talking about Palestin/Israel. Then (at 11:28), in the Bronx, activists are calling out Congressman Ritchie Torres, one of Israel’s most ardent supporters in Congress, for championing genocide in Gaza and for seeming to have forgotten his own constituents who live in the poorest congressional district in the country. We are joined by Sonyi Lopez and Richie Merino from The Bronx Anti-War Coalition (BAWC), an anti-imperialist organization dedicated to challenging state violence and U.S. militarism at home and abroad.
