Stefan Brogren (Part 1 of 2)

Stefan Brogren is best known for his work in the “Degrassi” franchise. Starting in front of the camera as the beloved Archie “Snake” Simpson,” Stefan then found his love for working behind the scenes and went on to direct over 60 episodes of the iconic series. Stefan has 3 nominations and 2 wins at the Canadian Screen Awards for best direction. He won a Directors Guild of Canada award in 2015 and received his 4th nomination in 2017. Stefan is also an accomplished producer who received 4 Emmy nominations for his work. This year, Stefan has been working on a new series for Hulu called “Hollie Hobbie” as a director and co-executive producer.
