Joe Brolly's Throw-In: 'What edge is science really giving players?'

On this week's Throw-In, Joe Brolly joins Will Slattery to discuss the professional commitments that inter-county players are dedicating themselves to in the pursuit of their GAA careers.

He questions its long-terms effects and consequences especially for the club and communities, 'the bonds of community are weakening' he says. Plus he says the preparations around training are going 'insane' and he questions the value of sports science in itself.
