Bright Sessions was one of the many shows that drew me in to the medium as an avid listener and I COULD NOT WAIT til each new drop of an epiosde back in the day. SO MUCH has happened since, for Lauren and all of those listeners she inspired now making AF. Huzzahs to the shows she has created. I wanted to -for my HOW DID YOU START IT season- delve into Lauren's first experience as a successful podcaster, a storyteller, and how this brilliant MUST LISTEN first season of Bright Sessions & beyond, came about.
