About the Guest speaker:
Cdr. Naveen Badrinarayan (Retd) is a veteran submariner with 21 years of service in the Indian Navy. He is a Post Graduate Mechanical Marine Engineer and has served on kilo class submarines (877EKM) as the Chief Engineer, as well as in the Design Directorate of the Indian Navy and headed the Design Cell for Scorpene Submarines Construction at Mazagon Dock Ltd.
In his second inning, he has been working as Director (Research and Product Design) with Dheya Career Mentors since 2015 and has been instrumental in creating and conducting various Training Programs for Mentor Certification as well as mentoring more than 500 students and professionals for building their aspirational careers. He has conducted more than 50 Certification Programs for Career Mentor Certification and has trained more than 800 senior professionals who are working with Dheya as Mentors. He also conducts Parent Workshops and Training of Principals and Educators to build Career Awareness and Career literacy.
