NFL Concussion Discussion with Dr. Tony Strickland

Drew Connelly, Union QB and Colin King, RPI LB will be tonight's student athlete guests. At 7:30 ITH will host Dr. Tony Strickland, Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Strickland is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with considerable experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of concussion and related disorders. Dr. Strickland has been a recent guest on ESPN's "Outside The Lines" as well as a guest on the NFL Network discussing sports related head injuries. We will discuss the proliferation of sports-related head injuries and what is being done, as well as hearing Dr. Strickland's thoughts on what SHOULD be done at all levels of amateur and professional sports.
