NIL has become a huge topic over the last month, as the NCAA, some states, and several schools have released rules and regulations related to the payment for the use of a student-athlete's name, image, or likeness. The question for us has become: how will this affect Division 3 football?   The answer appears to be that there will be both positive and negative effects. Frank & James explore the concerns of NIL issues and share some "best practices."
