So what happened was I had this guy explain to me. Now I I don't know how we got talking about this. It's not something that I've ever heard before, but I found it instantly absolutely terrifying for people like myself. Now what happens is, so I get a deposit into my bank account, right?

Nothing that the client does, or sometimes the client just is like, no, I'm just gonna pay like I'm not going to an ATM. I'll just pay you the whole amount straight into your, you know, bank account. That's fine. Great. Perfect. Easy. I don't have to go to the ATM. Now they can't do anything to try and, you know, say I don't know, they had a shit time and wanted to do a chargeback, or they wanted to try and get their money back somehow. That can't happen.

The banks aren't gonna like once the money's transferred, like good luck getting it back. It's they can't call up the bank even it's if it's pending, they can't cancel anything, like it Once it's in an Australian bank account, it's in. A guy in one of these states told me that he had a service with an escort. And something happened. Either he had paid for a few hours, which is quite a lot of money, and he just transferred the full amount into her bank account.

And then what happened was, I can't remember if um he said that they started the booking and she was just not into it for some reason or something happened and she left. This guy then called up his bank and said, I would like this money. transferred back to me. You know, the woman that I transferred this money through didn't follow through with what she was providing me. I would like a refund. I would like my money back because

I didn't get what I paid for. The bank initially, of course, just like any bank was just like tough titties. That's not how it works. You need to contact her to direct and get her to refund you. We have nothing to do with this. He got a lawyer involved. Wow. And With through a lawyer, they essentially went back to the bank and said, because this service here. in this state is l illegal. Mm.

Because it's illegal, he I don't I don't know what kind of terminology that they use, but essentially he got a refund. The bank actually, not through the female, the bank actioned a refund. Actioned a refund. for the service that he wasn't provided because they fought on the grounds that it was illegal anyway, or I don't know wh what angle they went through, but

Interesting. Yeah. I'm I'm actually now that I think about it, I think that he said that he accidentally transferred to somebody providing an illegal service in that state and he could yes that he was scammed out of this money and he received the full amount back from the bank and they bypassed her. Now that's for me that's kinda Terrifying because it makes you wonder how secure your payments are. Well, it makes me now think twice if I'm in a state where I am working out of where

some of the things that I'm providing aren't decriminalized yet. Well then anybody could any amount of money in my bank account, they could Mm, try and get back. You know, I don't want to go and do a overnight booking with somebody. in one of those states where, you know, say I'm meant to be paid between five thousand and seven thousand dollars and they've put it straight into my bank account only for me to provide those services and then

they kick up a stink for ev whatever reason and just get that money transferred straight back from my bank account. Ooh, that opens up some that's scary for me. That is really, really, really scary.

Yeah, I I so would you have to switch to cash then in these states so that you can Yeah. Keep functioning because of the risk factor? So I have to so you know, um, I think I've spoken about it before how As we become more and more and more cashless, I'm getting paid more and more and more just direct into my company bank account. Um, which is all legit, no problems there. But

Yeah, it is quite terrifying. You know, sometimes I get transferred like ten K at a time. Would it be different if you used like a square reader because it'd be like an F F POS transaction rather than a bank transfer? So you can't force a re a refund through that. Like if you F plus transaction. You can't ring the bank and be like square.

Uh constitutes the di guidelines, like who decides the guidelines. And um she finds out, spoiler if you're gonna listen to it, she ends up finding out that it's like bang. Like the Golden Saxons shit of the world. are like those kind of places or F Uh, I'd have to remember back to the pod, but they're kind of the people behind the money. And she found this fine fascinating world of like the people that control the like Visa and MasterCard are part of the people that dictate whether, you know.

If anyone's got their period in a video it gets taken down and they don't get monetized. If they talk about certain types of sex acts, they don't get monetized. And the people that dictate that are the people in charge of the money. Yes. Which is like visa and master card and shit. Yes. Oh my god. I've been faced with that numerous times. Like I have lost multiple PayPal accounts. PayPal has frozen thousands of dollars worth of mine. It's actually crazy that.

We're just doing a job, right? We just want to get paid or have the correct avenues to get paid properly, just like everybody else with a business. Up until now, um, it's only just kinda now that banks have come in line. Banks used to freeze accounts and get rid of you. And so

You know, that's when I would be getting guys to write weird things in their descriptions when they're putting a deposit in or whatever. Um, whereas now they're actually legally, now that it's been decriminal decriminalized. that they're not allowed to legally freeze my accounts anymore and and boot me from from the bank. Great, perfect. Thank you. If you pay tax, should we have to fucking use all of it? Welcome to our issues.

Can't be like you gotta pay me tax, but also we're not gonna let you access clean ways of doing your funding. That's what it's been like. Yeah, that's crazy. It's actually been crazy. Whereas now I think I'm pretty certain that now I'm able to go to my bank. and my bank will set me up with credit card payments, which I'll definitely look into next. Because I did set it up. Also against the biggest. Stripe don't yes. It's now just the banks because Stripe and like, you know, Square are American Why do you care? Yeah, exactly. It's yeah. Because it's illegal. I think it's because it's illegal where they are. So then the moral road for them is like, well, it's illegal here, we're not gonna do it or offer it anywhere else because it's illegal. But then they are because porn websites like in this doco

They're taking credit card payments through stripe. Yeah, well there was a massive issue. There was a massive issue with both Visa and Yeah. And if Well they're the ones in charge of it. This is what this thing uncovers, which she says quite fascinating'cause it's like the idea that they dictate what can and cannot be done on this thing and they're controlling the money. Well, um, okay. And then they try to be all moral oh and it's like, yeah, but you're also making a lot of money off this.

Okay, there were so many websites out there that are like gifting okay, I have wish lists up where men will come and, you know, they wanna spoil me or it's my birthday or it's Christmas time and they want to gift me something. So I'll have a wish list up on a certain website. They can come, purchase the gift, and the gift gets sent to me. Now, the payment process for them on that website was always through

Stripe or Square or just Visa and MasterCard. And all of them pulled the pin about a year ago where they all stopped these websites from operating. They just said that we're not going to You can put up on there, you don't have to put a gift. You can say, pay my rent for a month and just put a dollar figure, right? And so I think it was just such a money maybe a money laundering loophole that, you know, these wrap their head around and so they just stopped everybody from from using those sites.

Of course different sites pop up constantly and you're still able to do it and you know, but then they'll get shut down and a new one pops up. It's just us trying to get our money is sometimes really hard. Really hard. And now also cash doesn't work either. Like

Oh just let a girl earn some dollars. I'm just trying to earn you know, I'm just trying to pay my rent. Okay. Okay. So what are the what are the friendly ways of paying a sex worker then if you can't use PayPal like some bank accounts there doesn't there is a one that exists. Of course the banks and the ATO want you running every single dollar through the account. So they want clients not using cash. They want clients depositing straight into my account.
