You know, we live in a world where everybody wants to be seen, it seems like. seen on timelines, seen in rooms, seen on stages. But being seen is not the same as being felt. Like, when I say felt, I'm talking about something deeper than present. talking about essence i'm talking about energy i'm talking about impact connection The kind of presence that lingers long, long, long after you leave the room. Because being seen, I believe, is the surface. But being felt...

is a soul. There are millions of people, millions of followers, but the word sometimes Don't move anyone. There are people who are in front of a camera every single day, but nothing they say may actually stick. And then there are people who barely speak, but when they do, it's almost as if mind, body, spirit, your whole being just wants to lean in to listen. There are people who walk into a room quietly, but they shift. the atmosphere with their peace.

You feel them, not because they are loud, but because they are real. I love that feeling. It's better to be felt and not just seen. scene fades right i think about celebrities and musicians a hot one year then gone another but felt stay When a song or somebody truly makes a connection with you, you'll remember that for a lifetime. Seen impresses, felt transforms. Seen gets applause, but felt gets remembered.

And I realize this especially as a creative, as a speaker, as a human, just trying to share my vibes, trying to share my light in a world that is full of so much noise.

It is easy to trace visibility, but visibility isn't the goal. Connection is, you understand? Real connection. And connection only happens when you're sharing what comes from you you understand the lived part the honest part the part that isn't performing by you're expressing you're having fun you're being you're in joy Because performance might make people look.

But I think presence is what makes people feel and lean in closer. Think about the people who have changed your life the most. Take a moment for that. Was it because of what they looked like? What they wore? How perfect their life appeared? Or was it because they touched something deeply inside of you? They spoke a truth you didn't know even how to explain to yourself yet. They reminded you of who you are.

They didn't just show up in your feet, but they showed up in your heart. They held up a mirror. That's what it means to be felt. So the question we should be asking isn't, man, how can I be seen? How can I be seen more? The real question is, what part of me is worth feeling? What energy am I carrying into the world? What message am I actually trying to live and embody, not just speak? Because when your life is your message, you understand, people will feel you. When your peace

is real, people will feel you. And when your presence is grounded and you people will connect with you. And they'll go deeper than words, you understand? Like deeper than aesthetics, deeper than likes or millions of followers or fame. You know, like let's be real. We're in a time where people can make... Entire careers often being seen. But I believe we're moving into a new era, a better era. One where the real currency is being felt.

where depth is louder than volume, where the soul can cut through better than the scroll, you know? and where people get tired of performance and they get hungry for essence. You don't have to go viral. Aim for something that is vital. Vital to someone's healing, to someone's remembering, to someone's wholeness, to somebody's joy. You don't need to do more to be, that's weird, right? Like we think we have to do more, do more, do more to be felt. You just have to.

Be more of you. Recognize who you are. The more rooted, the more real, the more open, the more quiet even. Just be who you are. Sometimes it's not about doing more. It's about being present for what already is. You understand? You know, being felt is what happens when your energy is in alignment, truly. When you're not... trying to convince people of your worth.

You're simply embodying your being yourself, you understand, and that can be felt. And when people can feel that, they can feel the peace that you crafted, that you designed for yourself. They can feel the love that you return to, and they can feel the stillness in your spirit, and that is contagious. That is beyond contagious. And that moves people, not because you forced it. but because you became it, you understand it's better to be felt.

and not just seen. So if you're listening to this and you feel unseen lately, like people don't notice you or don't like your work and it doesn't get recognized and your efforts go unacknowledged. Maybe the truth is you weren't meant to be seen in a loud way right now. Maybe you were meant to be felt in a lasting way. And maybe you already are. You can't always measure it in numbers, the number of friends, the numbers of followers, because presence

can't be measured. It can only be experienced. And you are an experience in itself. your being, understand your compassion, your creativity, your joy, your smile, your insight, your perspective. You might not get the spotlight, but someone out there remembers.

Your beauty, your kindness, you might not get the award right now, but someone out there carries your words and their heart. You might not get that viral moment, but someone out there truly remembers your energy and even embodies a piece of it. till this day. And to me, that's what matters. That's everything. You understand? So we can shift that narrative from, oh, I need to be seen, I need to be seen, I need to be seen. We can shift it from, how do I get attention to how do I carry more?

intention because when your energy is aligned and you're feeling good in your body your mind your spirit you don't have to beg to be seen you become a you become a magnet you naturally are felt. You understand? You illuminate. It's beautiful. And when you are felt, you are remembered. You are trusted. You are loved for who you are, not just how you appear, right?

Being felt doesn't require perfection, my friends. Get rid of that. It just requires presence and understanding that your presence has so much purpose. So much. That's the most beautiful thing you can offer to this world, is your presence, because it is rare, but it is needed in these seasons. It is better to be felt and not just seen.

Remember that. And if you keep living from the inside out, crafting a beautiful world on the inside, and you're doing that by showing up every day, you're doing that by clicking on this today and tuning in in hindsight. The right people will find you. The right ones will love you. And the world will receive your light. You will magnify. You didn't even...

you won't even realize how much you are radiating. It'll be so beautiful, you know? So before you move on for the rest of the day, just take a moment, you understand? Breathe. Feel in your own energy. And ask yourself, what part of me is already enough to be felt? You don't need more. You just need to be... present with what is already within you. Walk today like you carry something sacred and beautiful that you are art in itself in the making.

And the world doesn't need more people trying to be seen, but it needs more. People like yourself, willing to be felt and real, and yet none know in hindsight, everything is going to be more than ours.
