#3 Mischa Smith - Day by Day, Consistency | In Full Effect

In this episode with Mischa, we talk about everyday hard work and consistency, knowing you do the right things step by step to get greater results long term.  We also learn from Mischa what he did his whole life, following his passion, to come full circle to land the job that fits him perfectly. Mischa Smith is from Sarnia Ontario Canada, he has been living in Vietnam for almost 10 years and before over 4 years in South Korea.  For the last 7 years, he has been the sales director and brand ambassador for Pasteur Street Brewing Company, the leading craft beer brewery based here in Saigon, selling beer all over the country.   He is probably one of the most sociable people I know here in Vietnam, you can always catch him for a beer around the city.  Mischa is also the host of his own Youtube channel called The One Sip Beer Review where he tries them all, one beer a day, a sip (or two) at a time.  A great show with lots of laughs and I myself have been a guest a few times, reviewing some Belgian beers.
