The Holy Spirit

"I believe in the Holy Spirit." That has got to be the most loaded sentence ever, and yet here it is, six words right here in the Apostles’ Creed that have meant a plethora of things to so many people for so many years. It is no surprise though that the doctrine of the Holy Spirit would be so viciously and deceitfully attacked because without Him we are powerless as Christians and doomed to fail as the church. So what does the Bible teach us about the Holy Spirit? We have to search the Scriptures with the help of the Holy Spirit actually, to uncover the beauty and the power of what we affirm in the Creed when we say, “I believe in the Holy Spirit.”
