After several hiring trials Brian and Dale finally felt their team was coming together and they’d finally figured it out. The two decided to take a trip from Albuquerque to Ohio to spend Christmas with their families.
On the flight home, Dale reflected on what a great spot their business was in. They were finally operating as a well-oiled machine, and it felt really good.
And then… they landed.
Their season of success and celebration was quickly met with a disaster back in Albuquerque that led them to fire their entire crew–over the phone.
