In this episode we talk to Laura Rostron. Laura is an amazing individual with Type 1 Diabetes. Laura has competed at the Triathlon World Championships in Mexico, she has competed in six 70.3/half ironmans, numerous cycling and running events and she was a diabetes camp coordinator. Laura has also participated in diabetic clinical trials and has a fantastic positive outlook on life. Laura is an absolute champion and it was fantastic having her on the podcast.
