This week Lucie is joined by comedian & "Card Ninja" Javier Jarquin, currently on Broadway with his comedy-card throwing show 'Card Ninja'. Javier was born in Costa Rica to Nicaraguan-Chinese parents, moved to Miami briefly at age 4 before his family settled in Christchurch, New Zealand where he grew up. We talk what it was like being the first foreigner to ever go to his school in Christchurch, being the black sheep of the family because he's never been shot at, the difference between being racist and being curious, the creepiest cafe in the world, why Germany needs a better food campaign, taking risks, his road from New Zealand to Broadway, why he loves Fritz's weiner and SO MUCH MORE!
