We live in a rapidly changing and competitive world.  The legal industry is continually pursuing opportunities to improve client service through new acquisitions and combinations.   Information management and governance is essential to effectively accessing client information in this fast-paced age of technology.  It falls on the RIM/IG professional to ensure information is readily accessible, even in the midst of a firm combination involving differing means of managing that information. This podcast aims to provide guidance on ways to be prepared for and navigate through the acquisition/merger process from a RIM/IG perspective.
