Qualities of Master Teachers Divine Leadership. Influence in a positive way. There is a fine line between influence and manipulation. Master teachers do not invoke their will. They have the potential to draw out, (educate), a person’s potential or essence rather than the will of the teacher. It is the intention of the teacher so we, as listeners, must discern what is being taught.
