It's Tuesday. You know what that means. It's time for addition with the AAW fan Hub podcast team. This is Kelson and this is Alex and the first bit of news I think we're gonna talk about tonight. Going back to last week, we talked about Becky Lynch notable free agents in the wrestling landscape. Last week, we mostly all agreed there's like a zero point one percent chance of Becky Lynch ever showing up in AW. But there's a new name, Ricochet, who I think I would put it at like ninety nine percent

chance. Maybe maybe not that high, maybe seventy five percent chance, but I think there's a really high chance that he shows up in AW. I think he's like a Tony Kahan guy. He's you know p WG New Japan Dragon Gate Kakara back in the day. You know, He's like an indie guy that that Tony Khan I think has an affinity for Andy of the style that I think fits in well with a lot of the AEW guys, specifically Will Osprey, who I think is mentioned Ricochet specifically is the guy that he

wants to work with again. Yeah, yeahs have you ever seen Ricochet? Russell Alex. Yeah, I have. I've seen I saw that. There was I think twenty seventeen or maybe even twenty fifteen where he fought Will Osprey

in New Japan. I've seen that whole match, and that matches funny because it caused a big stir at the time with like older wrestlers coming out and saying, this isn't real wrestling, it's just you know, acrobatics in ballet, and it ended up leading to a match between will ospran Vader because Vader with outspoken about that match in particular. But yeah, I've seen a few matches, indie matches. I haven't actually seen any of his matches in WWE.

I don't think, Yeah, what about you something. Have you seen Richochet in action? I've seen him a few times. I mean, he would fit in with a lot of the younger guys, and you know, he's a high flyer. He would. I'm I'm not that sold on him. Uh, he just I don't know he would. He definitely would fit in with him, but I don't know so much to He's somebody that I would look forward to coming in, but you know, new Blood, Yeah, I'm gonna be honest, with you. I've never seen that dude wrestle

once in my lifetime. I saw the match posted with him and will Osprey, but I just didn't look at it. He was a guy like back in the day when YouTube was kind of early on and you would watch wrestling videos that it was like the top ten moves of this wrestler and top ten moves of like Kevin Stein and he would do like the package pile driver, and then you'd watch the ricochet one and he would do like a double moon salt off the top ropes where he's flipping backwards twice, like he had some

crazy stuff. So that's kind of I think where I was first exposed to him, But he was being in Luca Underground too. He was kind of the main babyface Prince Puma, so he's definitely been around. Did they still make those top ten moves of you can still find them? Any new ones? Maybe not something that we could do like the top ten moves of Eddie King never mind, Yeah, no, I those those were the best video

back in the way. Yeah. Yeah, they didn't do it anymore, and I'm sure it's like copyrighted and blah blah blah, but yeah, you could definitely do some good ones for like Brian Cage and stuff like that. Yeah, maybe, uh yeah. You know, it's interesting because we posted there was well we didn't post about. Other people posted thoughts about Ricochet on aw fan up subreddit and on the Greatness of Wrestling subreddit and pretty much everybody

was that gooing. You were saying, Alex is that Ricochet seems to be a little bit more suited to the aw style because he was kind of lost in you know, in WWE. Yeah, he just fit. He He is like a bad promo. I know, I don't know if he's gotten better because I really haven't been watching WWE, but like I've seen some of his promos and he's like among the worst I've ever heard. That's why everybody

wants him to come back. Is Prince Puma all masked up so he don't talk m and there's a lot of managers in ae W and and stuff like that that they can lean on. It's not it's just a different atmosphere than WWE, so he can do he can play to his strength I think a

lot better. But and another thing about him is he is older for a high flyer, Like he's thirty five, I think, And yeah, that kind of style is rough on your knees and your body, So you know, I think I think he'll be an interesting addition, if you know, he can build on what I've heard a lot of same stuff too, you know, and that's it's just one of those things where he never really got a break in WWE because he just didn't fit in and you know, he

had nothing. They they got got him the Speed title. He's the first Speed title champion, which okay, so you know, it's one of those things. But yeah, he's always been I've always heard people say he's a great wrestler, but he just was never used. All right, so let's move on. We had a little bit of a video yesterday that that's Hardwood posted on Twitter or X. I still can't call it X no, it sounds like a half baked porno X No. It should be triple X.

You know, it's just it's a oldie. Yeah. So anyway, that's Hardwood posted that he's been wrestling for the last a few months with a lower back injury that he kept to himself. I assumed he didn't even tell Cash Wheeler about it, and it just got so bad over the last well, it shut his bed bad, but it's gotten unbearable and he finally came clean. So Dax Hartwood is out of action. Uh, And then of course we had the the Twitter war of sorts, I guess between Dak's Hartwood and

the incomparable Disco Inferno. Geez, just irrelevant, mister, Yeah. You you only hear about him when it's something bad. I don't know if he has if he's part of like Busted Open Radio or he has his own podcast. Yeah, and he's trying to get his cred. He tries to make it seem like he was important. And that's every time he says something. He has an opinion, and then he specifically looks for and hunts for things

to back that up and normally takes everything out of context. For example, the whole Dax thing, he's saying that if he was rustling, he said basically, if he's wrestling hurt, and then it's that's bad back that's bad back backstage, and he's not taking care of his people. And even though Dak said he didn't tell anybody, you know, so he's he tries to turn everything and manipulate it so that he sounds like a genius. He's a

he's the younger Jim Cornett that could dance. He's not. He's not He's not as talented as Jim Cornett. That's yeah, Like, like, are they supposed to force every guy to go through like a X ray scanner after every match or something? Yeah, you can't know and let someone reports it. So it's just stupid. It's interesting, it is. It's stupid, you know, but it was stupid on the point part of Dak's hardwood too, that was Yeah, that's inexcusably inexcusably stupid. I mean, what are

you trying to do? Man? You know, hurt, there's nothing wrong with being hurt. Dax gets a lot of flak because he's one of these guys that just says every single thing that comes to his mind. He wants it all out there, like there's no reason for him to go out and tell the world that he hid an injury and all this stuff. But he just doesn't know how to operate any differently. So I love him for it.

But yeah, it's like he's a little bit of a The league ultimately top guys out, Yeah, yeah, and maybe we get some singles matches with Cash Wheeler. I think he's really awesome as a singles wrestler, and we never get to see it. U he has a dive that puts that rivals Darby Allen's own. So yeah, hopefully we see some of him while Dax's is out, but probably not. Yeah, well, you know, let's move on because well, go ahead, Alex, what do you want

to talk about? Yeah, we were coming up to the one year anniversary of Collision next week, so they've announced it. Yeah. I was at I think the second collision or maybe the third, just because they were in Toronto last year for Forbidden Door and it was one of the early collisions. Collision has been an interesting I don't know if it's an experiment or what you'd want to call it. I think they's had its highs and its lows. I know we were kind of dumping on last week's episode. I think Kelson,

you said it was the worst that you'd seen. Well that was two weeks ago. This past week was actually pretty good. Yeah. I thought this week was a big improvement. I'm talking about the I even came down hard on the collision that was Leo Rush Roderick Strong. Yeah. So I mean, I will give this to a w I mean, as of yesterday we already had six spots already advertised for Dynamite, which is amazing, and we actually had four of the spots for Collision are filled in now. We

haven't had added anything else since then. But I like seeing AW promote their shows well at you know, well in advance. Mm hmm. But is there anything else? Is there anything in particular? I mean we can well, you know what, let's just go over, uh what what stands out of what's been already announced? What's what are you looking forward to the most? Well, what I'm looking forward to the most is the return of the House of Black. We've had two Collisions now without them since Double or Nothing,

and I've missed them tremendously. I think especially that little episode that you really didn't like and that I didn't feel too strongly about, they would have definitely helped that show a lot. And I think, yeah, I think they really help Collision. They make that a show that's worth seeing just because

you know, you get the see House of Black all right. Yeah, looking forward to them coming back, and I'm hoping that they're doing something interesting, like maybe Malachi gets added to the TNT Championship qualifying match or something like that. Like I'd like to see them doing something at Forbidden Door or maybe even feuding with some Japanese talent or something in a zero hour match, just something for them to do. Yeah, well, Sudden, is there anything

that stands out for you about the Collision card that's already been announced. I'm kind of looking forward to the same thing. Uh, I don't know Collision. You said, Collision has been up and down. I think the problem came in is when they tried to make it see him Punk's show and he left, they kind of floundered. They didn't have that. They didn't have that like top person again. So instead of saying, Okay, let's make this, let's make House of Black Domain or even Christian or you know,

something like that, they've kind of been stops foundering on that. Yeah, they tried to do it with like Adam Copeland. I think they tried to kind of have They never said it, but they He was heavily featured and he's kind of an old time babe, I guess, but it just it

didn't seem the same, you know what I mean. He was on both I mean, he was on both shows, he did stuff on both shows instead of just being on Collision. It just didn't feel the same because well, originally it was like, well everyone hates see him punk, but he has these guys that like him, so we'll put these people only on Collision. It's such a stupid reason for why they did it, but yeah, that's why. Yeah, and now they don't have that problem theoretically anymore.

Maybe like when Andrade was still around, maybe to keep them away from Sammy still and I don't know, but there's less drama. But it also does kind of hurt Collision because now you don't have a reason to keep guys only on Collision, right. Well, from my point of view, the the I think the one that I'm looking forward to seeing the most is Deanna Paranzo and thunder Rosa and no d Q match. Now, if you remember when when thunder Rosa beat Britt Baker in for the for the a W Women's Championship,

it was a no DQ. Wasn't it a steel cage as well? Yeah, it was still ky and thunder Rosa is not shy about using stuff like thumbtacks and getting in there and of course sprint. Baker is also not shy about getting in there and getting dirty. I'm not really sure about Diana Parozzo, but you know, I'm looking at this match is like, this

could be a really good banger of a match. I'm looking forward to Dynamite tomorrow night to see if they do any kind of promo leading into Collision, because I'm waiting to see both of these women say we're throwing caution to the wind. Basically, the only thing that I could say is like, look, I think the thumbtacks are really cool. They're better than the shards of

glass thing. I prefer to shut thumbtacks. But if they really really want to up the ante, they put legos in that bag, because holy hell, that's just I can't imagine. I mean, I don't think that there's any wrestling company that's stupid enough to use legos. However, I did see a New Japan match where they did use legos in a four way match, and that match basically they put the legos at the very beginning in a match in the center of the ring, and then they tried to maneuver toward each

other. They all stepped on legos. Next thing you know, everybody is outside the ring crying, so that didn't really work out really well. It was hysterical, it was very funny. But okay, so now let me ask you guys, and I guess we'll start with Alex. So we have Christian Cage doing his father to you know, Father's Day special? Is it his Father's Day weekend? We have Lee Moriarty and Dante Martin in a qualifier match for the T and T Championship Ladder Match. We've already mentioned a House

of Black, and we've also already mentioned Thunder Rosa and Diana Parrozzo. There's only four segments in a two hour show. Is there anything else that you kind of would like to see added to this? I think like I'm thinking of like historically some of the biggest matches they've had on Collision in the last year, and there's like FTR versus Bullet Club Gold the two out of three falls, but FTR is injured, so now they can't really have a match.

I would love man like if they want to really pull out some something big for this night, like having an MJF match. It doesn't have to be against Rouche, but it could be against like Pressed advance. But you know, something like that could be really interesting for this show. Yeah, I think yeah, MJL would be my my notmbe JF. What about you, Sutton, Yeah, I would love to see some of their turns.

Other than like, you know, people coming back when they they almost always come back on Dynamite or pay per views, I'd like to see some of the people who are there, even if it's Britt Baker somebody, you know, to surprise people with. I like the fact that the last couple of weeks have had surprise matches that nobody was expecting. I think that added a little bit to it, made it a little bit more fun. So,

you know, I really don't. I can't. I don't know. Maybe a Jack Perry match, since he hasn't wrestled since he came back yet. Oh he's wrestling on Wednesday. He's wrestling tomorrow night. Oh that's right, isn't it. Yeah, that's right, he's wrestling tomorrow night. My thing is very similar. It's like I listened to both of you and knew what you were going to say, and I combined them. Alex said he wanted to see some kind of like his historical kind of thing going on and Suton

wanted to see returns. I got three segments that I would add. Last year, when Collision debuted, we had three things that happened that would basically be a return for Instane. One of the things that happened last year was Miro made his return. Wouldn't it be great to see Miro make a return this probably not into the ring, but at least coming out and saying that the Redeemer is back and that you know, don't don't count me out yet because I'm not going anywhere, you know kind of thing. Now, he

may be ready to return, I don't know. And they may have been waiting for this, because you know how Tony Kahn is, he gets something in his mind. Miro could have been ready three weeks ago. No, we're gonna say three months ago. No, we're gonna save him for the for the one year anniversary of Collision. The second person, now we saw him last week, so maybe we can even see him in the ring this week on Collision is Scorpio Sky. Yeah, you know, and the third

person. And on the very first episode of Collision, this wrestler came out and he said that he is going to throw his hat in the ring for the Owen Hart Cup Foundation Tournament. Ricky Ricky Starks the eventual winner. So that's three different things that I can see realistically happening. Yeah, those are pretty good ideas. Yeah, in collision, does need something like that, like a spark, something interesting that we we don't really get usually on Collision

it's, as Sutton said, there's not a lot of surprises typically. Yeah. I mean, as far as I'm concerned, those are really, like I said, I think those are realistic things that they can do. I mean, I like, something's suggestion that Britt Baker coming back, but I don't really think that's realistic, not on Collisions. You know, I don't know. You know, they've been talking about it. They've been talking about it so much. How she's been she's she's been talking about wanting to come

back, and they've got all these other people that are out. I mean, she's just one example that I could think of right off the top of my head, maybe something. Have you seen the videos of her working out? I have not seen work I gotta tell you, Britt Baker has always had I want to phrase this correctly because I don't want it to come out sound and creepy. Britt Baker's always had a really good wrestling body. She's got a great physique. I don't mean about her girlish figure. I'm talking

about she does have that rustler physik tour. I just saw a video of her this week. She is strong. He's jack she is she is jacked. She is really jacked. He's been out so long and apparently been healthy this whole time, or a fair bit of it that it's kind of weird and maybe it is one of these Tony Kahan just waiting for that exact right time to the point of absurdity. But yeah, with her, she was

hurt, but then also she was taking care of her man. That was the reason that I'd seen people saying that she wasn't back yet or she wasn't coming back. Was this she was taking care of crutches, Like what does he need to spood for him with? That's I'm just repeating. With so a lot of people say, hey, where's Britt Baker. I wanted to go because for whatever reason, she has got everybody that has watched a w from the start thinking she's the greatest women's wrestler and she's not. She just

isn't and I don't like her. She's polarizing. I much prefer on Mike that I do will in the ring that didn't really work out too well either with her whole little Doctor's Visitor officer whatever the hell it was called. That didn't last long but suck. And I will say this the perfect time for Britt Baker to come back, and she does come back on TV would be

the one year anniversary, during or after or whatever. The Diana Frazzo at the that's there exactly, and that's one of those things that you know, like I said, it would be cool to see that, just because honestly, the the the issues I had a couple of weeks ago with the women's division, there's they're having more women matches, but they're the same matches over

and over and over again. They're not doing different matches. They're having either you know, getting Serena Deeves in a couple of matches, but it's always May and Tony and you know, Willow and there's nobody that They've got so many of the women, they're just not using them. And it would be nice to see some of those kind of matches too. On Collision if You're

not gonna put them on Dynamic put them on Collision. Yeah right, And yet Deanna Parozzo and Britt Baker are apparently behind the scenes like best Friends and thunder Rosa and Britt Baker on TV or Mortal Enemy. So oh yeah, that's a really interesting. Yeah, that could be really interesting. Yeah,

addition to that match. Yeah. Well, well let's move on to the Dynamite preview because we already have six six segments I guess already advertised, and I'll just started from the bottom up, and I mean the true bottom the US guys. Hi, guys, it's uh tevy time with Chris Jericho with the special special special guests Private Party. And my opinion on this is what is your opinions? Okay, God, it's the public party with Private Party. My opinion on this is okay, it's weird that he's now entering this

feud with a tag team. So so I don't know. My thoughts are is this this is either leading to Private Party joining the Learning Tree because you know Inner Circle Jericho Appreciation Society it always had like that core five guys, and I guess adding an a Jay later to the Jerical Appreciation society, But they do kind of need a tag team here if it's the typical Jericho faction

side. So either Private Party joins them or some other tag teams going to come into feud with Private Party. But yeah, that's my thoughts on this. Well, sutinly have this. I honestly, I hope they don't do that the Private Party. Private Party has been like for the longest time. You know, they started out being on their own, and they got hooked in with Matt Hardy and they were I think that stifled them more than it helped. And they need to be a tag team on their own because they're

not that bad. They actually could be really really good. But teaming them up with another group just don't make any sense to me. I think it would be a lot better than teaming them up with Matt Hardy because he was doing no one any favors. No one that ever teamed up with Matt Hardy was better off. But yeah, I see what you're saying, Like, we haven't really got a good run of Private Party just as a tag team wrestling consistently week in and week out, because it seems like Mark Quinn always

just gets injured. Yeah, well, we have broken a record on the on the podcast because we just talked about Private Party for four minutes, which is three minutes and fifty seconds longer than we've ever spoken about Private Party on this I didn't mention Jericho except in the beginning. Well there's no reason. Yeah, I mean, I honestly think it's gonna end up. I'm thinking that Tomorrow night is gonna end up him putting a tag team match between Private

Party and Bill and the other guy, the Bad Apple Bryan Keith. Think it'll be really forgot about Brian Keith. I think, yeah, this has been good for Brian Keith. Maybe it'll help Private Party. Well, we'll see, we'll see. Just could be like a ws AT w O, except we call it the Nope w O or whatever, Nope World Order God, the weakest faction in the history of wrestling. I honestly don't think Jericho

is looking to make a faction like before. I think he's just gonna keep it where it's at him the Big Bill, and maybe uh, keep the Bad Apple around just to continue the Hi guys, irritation of Kilson. I think, guys, let's move on. Alex, what do you want to talk about next. Yeah, moving up the card, we got Mark brisco Kyle Rally, and Orange Cassidy versus Kyle Fletcher, Roderick Strong and Knoski Takeshta. I really liked seeing Kyle Fletcher and Trent Barretta at the end of Collision

the other night beating up Orange Cassidy. They looked good together. I don't know why Roderick Strong has to be in this match and we don't get Trent Peretta in there instead. Yeah, so that's a little disappointing to me. I guess they're kind of keeping Kyle O'Reilly Roderick Strong or feuding again. I don't know how Mark Briscoe found his way into this match, but there he is. I don't know it'll be an interesting match because there's different storylines at

play, but it's a little confusing. Yeah, I mean, look, the only thing I could figure out is that Trumperetta was had with a rest warrant out for him in Iowa. I mean, it just doesn't make any sense for Roderick Strong to be in there. Of course, I'm biased, because look, this match is not one that I'm looking for to look, you know how I feel about Roderick's strong, the absolute most boring human being on the planet. He makes Eddie Kingston look like Elvis to me. Oh,

Elvis couldn't wrestle either. Uh, just so you know, obviously at trouble, I mean obviously been at trouble over to the bathroom, right, but anyway, that was too soon. But you know, on the same side, what I look at it is, I'm kind of getting a little sick and tired of seeing Kyle O'Reilly and Orange Cassidy every single week. Now, let's give somebody else a chance, you know, I mean, come

on, mm hmmm. Yes, I love Kyler rally, but yeah, it us feel like he's on every single show like Collision Dynamite, Collision Dynamite. Yeah, I mean, I love his work rate, and he's a good guy, you know, and he's a talented wrestler. But too much of a good thing is too much of a good thing. And that's the same thing that happened with Orange Cassidy last year when he started his International Championship run. I was like, oh boy, it's Orange Cassidy. It's Orange

Cassidy. It's Orange Cassidy. It's Orange Cassidy. God it's Orange Cassidy again. For the love of God, will you keep Orange Cassidy off my TV? Every freaking week? And it was the same match every week, you know. So look, this is what I'm talking about. We've got this loaded roster. Let's let's if you want somebody to be elevated, if you want somebody to be important, if you want somebody to be meaningful, you've got to put him in meaningful matches. This would have been a meaningful match.

But it's not. It really isn't. This match makes no sense to me whatsoever. Yeah, I'm excited to see Mark Brisco, I like to see Kyle Fletcher, I like to see Takeshta. But you know, I could do without another match with Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly and Orange Cassidy. Yeah, it's just overkill at this point. Yeah. Yeah, if you just swapped out Roderick Strong and Trumperetta'd be like, Okay, now we get to see the Don new Don kallis family kind of together for the first that

makes sense. That's interesting. But yeah, now they had to get Roderick Strong in there. I think he's Tony Kahan's favorite wrestler. Right now. I don't know why, but I have no clue. Maybe so maybe Tony Kahan is like Genghis Khan and he just likes torturing people. I don't know. Maybe I'm so of myself for coming up with that. At the top

of my head. I got to write that ship down. Oh lord, I think I think, I think that this match should not There's no reason for this match if you're not going to include Trent burretta because uh, you have you have, I mean Orange Cassidy being in it. I mean other than the fact that they beat him up last week, but that was to help out their buddy, their new guy, who's not even in the match. I think the biggest problem right now is that that the Callous family has

way too many undecided things that they're trying to get. They're trying to figure out what to do. They're almost like forcing it and it don't it just it's it doesn't have any cohesion anymore. I mean, he's you know what I mean, it's just weirdest. The most interesting thing in the Don Callis family is their relationship with will Ospray, and it's like, yeah, waiting for that to play out down the road or something. But they're just ignoring it. The torture, I'm telling you. Yeah, So I really do

think Tony Kahan looks at stuff like looks at the calendar. He said, you know what, I could do this on Saturday, but I'm gonna wait until double or nothing twenty twenty five to do it just for the you know, because he just Yeah, everybody expects from day one. From day one, we were all expecting or Will Osprey to leave the don Kallis family and it's not happened yet. And it's not like they've been he's been part of

the family at all. If anything, he's been funning them. I don't like they're not telling a story where it's like, oh, he doesn't get along. Oh, now they're getting along a bit better. It's Yeah, I think the problem came into that there's been some injuries they didn't count on that. I think I think Tony has a problem with when the injuries come up, like, uh, you know, Hobbs got hurt and that one's but you know that that kind of threw things out of whack with that,

and then now you've got FTR hurt. Sometimes I think Tony has a problem with being able to call an audible, which you know, being the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, he should be able to do this. But it just seems like sometimes when he has injuries that probably out of nowhere, that he doesn't have a way to yeah, go with a different plan. He

hasn't set up the way he wants to have a set up. I think he does this ship too six months to a year ahead of time, and then when something happens to stop it, he goes, what am I supposed to do now? And it takes him a minute to catch up. Yeah, there's that like one time with Chris Statlander where he was kind of the inevitable winner of OR One to beat Jade Cargill, but then she got hurt, so that j Cargill was just champion for like six more months, the

longest most worthless title reign in any wrestling company ever. Mm hmm. Well, let's move on because you know this next segment I'm actually kind of looking forward to. All it says is Rusian action. Well, when you mentioned the name Rouche, based on what happened last week, it's probably going to involve MJF in some way, shape or form, we saw MGF last week and rooshe came out. Is we're gonna are we going to see Roos this

week and MGF comes out or at least as a package. On another note, AW has this thing about Rusian Action, MIRO and Action, MJF and Action. They always do, you know, whoever in action, And I was thinking about it, and that must make Action Andretty really uncomfortable because he has more people in him than any person has a right to anyway. Anyway, that's that's it. I'm just looking forward to see that. I just thought it was. But honestly, you know when you see somebody in action

that there's going to be extracurricular activities local more local. Jobber is going to get beat up. You know what means well? You know, I mean sometimes it's somebody runs the ring, or sometimes we just get a impassioned promo, in Rush's case, passion promo that very few of us would understand. I mean, they really begin to come up with a you know, post captions because when he gets I understand him, what fine, when he's talking normally, but when he gets excited, I lose it. I I can't

understand him. Well, at least m JF is on the same page. Yes, well he's obviously we found out last week that MGF has a mastery of the of Spanish. I can't repeat what he said, but he said it. Yeah, it was something about his mother. Yeah, filled the blank. Yeah, I love I like. I think he's had like maybe one or two matches like on Collision only since he's been back. We don't know what's going on with both gubernobylis faction whatever. However, you can't say

it. I don't. I just say I because I can't say it. Yeah, I need to see it written. I fall over my talk wards the mer Citi Sponde and a promo. Yeah, it'll be interesting because I I kind of thought maybe we're gonna see, you know, lf I join up with Rush and then and Jf's gonna have to get some back up on his side, and maybe that would be FTR. But that's definitely not gonna be FTR now. But yeah, I expect we'll see MJF involved in some

way, maybe just on the Titan Tron after the match. If we don't see MGF tomorrow, and I do predict that maybe Ruschel throw his hat at the rank for the Owen Harcop Foundation. Yeah, I like, have they been doing that? They they've had They've really made that feel a lot more important than it did last year and for and really like even the first year because it wasn't for anything, and now because it's for a title opportunity,

it's it just feels like a bigger deal. Yeah. I agree, but they've got to get the ball rolling because I believe the uh, the finals are July tenth, which is basically a month from now, so so you know, let's go guys. Yeah, for sure, it'd only be like a few weeks if they started after for Bidden Door. So yeah, but from now until July tenth, we're gonna probably be loaded with one, two, three all on Hart Foundation Cup matches, you know, so a week,

don't forget. You got the men and the women. So that's gonna be interesting. So what's next on the agenda? Next, we got Jack Perry versus Dustin Rhodes in a qualifying match for the TNT Ladder match for Bidden Door. I'm not I know most of you guys really like and respect Dustin Rhodes. I've never really been a huge fan, just because I think I favor younger talent and like he doesn't have a lot of upside in my mind, but he is a good wrestler and it'll be fun seeing Jack Perry have

his first singles match since since Wembley. I guess it's almost been a year for him. I mean, Jack Perry definitely has a uh I mean, Dustin Rhodes is an older, older guy, and he knows it. I mean, he would got onto what he'd say, a boy by getting old when he was in the ring last time, you know. And so hey, look, I'm all forgiving Dustin Roads as flowers. He can still go. He can still go, you know, and he's good and he he really works hard to put whoever he's in the ring with over and I appreciate

that. And of course Jack Perry has a real glass ceiling. So you know, I think that obviously Jack Perry's gonna win this match. But there are some people that I've seen that have said that Dustin Rhodes may surprise people and win this match. I just don't see it. Yeah, that would be kind of crazy. This whole tournament exists for Jack Perry. It could create like an angry Jack Perry who's out to get revenge and and give him

an angle. But seems like that that would probably play out at Forbidden Door if he were to lose. Yeah, what about you, So do you have any thoughts on this match? I mean, I like watching Dustin work. I mean I've been watching him since he was a rookie, and he still does have some innering ability. I I'm looking forward. I'm really looking forward to possibility of maybe MGF throwing himself into this match too, into this into the tournament to try to get a shot at that title again. Something.

Yeah, that could be a because in the end, if you really really really want to have this come down to something for everybody and make it exciting, the final gotta be Jack Perry versus MGF. Two of the pillars is uh at in the ring and oh god, no, no, no, please god, yeahbody, somebody do I mean that would that would come

down to be the final? Roderick Strong versus Jack. You might as well do the finger poke of death right then, because you know that that's just way too but you got to make it something interesting so that that's I mean, it's gonna be a match, and you know who's gonna win, just because Jack Perry's not gonna get in this match and not win it. So it's kind of one of those matches. But it should be a good match.

We'll be entertaining. I do think it'll be an entertaining match. So let's move on to probably what I would consider the most controversial match in this based on what I've read on the aw Fano subreddit, and that's TBS Champion Mercedes Monet against Zeusis from CMLL. Now, a lot of people are saying, why is Zusi or Zeusis getting a TBS Championship match, Well, it's for story reasons. Yeah. She is currently one half of the of the

Mexican Women's Championship Championship team and the other half is Stephanie Packer. She's Stephanie Becker's partner. So what I'm hoping is that we see a good match, which we should. Marcedes Monet is probably gonna win the match, not probably almost one hundred positive she's gonna win the match, but we'll probably see some kind of involvement, involvement from Stephanie Vecker, right, because we've got to

I mean, we've got to get Stephanie in the ring as well. In a match I'd say, dynamite, what next week or something to that affects so American audiences who are not familiar with her because she is the IWGPUH Strong Championship. It is strong, right, Yeah, yeah, I think it's strong. And she is the Mexican so she's definitely a decorated wrestler. But unfortunately she's not been on American TV all be come a lot, you know,

especially not in the wrestling capacity. So I'm kind of looking forward to this match just so that we could possibly see a great match between Monett and Zeuxis, but also the emergence of Stephanie Vacker. The question I have is that if both zeuss and Stephanie Vacker are beating down on Mercedes Monet, who comes out on Mercedes Bonet's behalf will help her out? Wow? I don't know, I think I don't think that I was thinking the same thing something.

But look, Willow's got her own program going on with Chris Statlander right now. I kind of don't think that they want to pull Willow in different directions like that. Well, I mean it would be I wouldn't put it past them. They do that with everybody. It seemed like something, But you gotta figure it's got to be somebody she can team up with, because you know if these two start beating her down tomorrow night, that it's going to lead to the next time we see them in the ring, it will

be a tag team match. That's almost always how they lead up to this. They have her come out beat on Monett with her partner, and since they're already partners, it'll have to be somebody that that Mercedes can team up with next week in a tag team match. So what about, like a fantasy kind of thing, what if we bring in What if what if we have a beatdown between UH with Zeusis and UH and UH, Stephanie Vacker, Mercedes Monet and somebody like Camille or or maybe Began Baine come out to make

the same. Yeah, they're they're both apparently ready to go. And then another in another two names that come to mind that wouldn't be a debut, but Hakarushida or Rijo. They're both pretty proud Team A w wrestlers, and they're big deals and they haven't been seen in a while, so I think they could make sense there. Yeah, I don't know that that's a really, really interesting proposition because I can even have that match on Saturday if they

could get because at the ball. Although it doesn't seem like Mercedesprene is really at the wrestling on Saturdays, I don't think she's ever been on Collision yet. Other than I did notice that they did add her to the to the place, the the the when they do the whole intro, they did have her in that. Now she's in the intro video, okay, which I don't think she was before. So I think I I don't remember seeing her before. It just happened. I know, I looked up and I saw

her this time. I'm thinking, wait a minute, that's new. But yeah, I mean anybody that she could get involved in, that would be an awesome thing to do. Even possibly make it so that there's a reason for Zekes sister or however you say her name, to have a match at Forbidden Door. Marie. It could be Mina, sir Cowa sure I was already has no no, I meant I meant to come out and help her, just to keep people involved in the Forbidden Door matches, give them music.

You're crossing the storylines up. It doesn't make sense to have somebody that's in Mariah May Tony Storm. That doesn't make sense to bring you. You're the one who was saying they need to do some something new and to keep rehashing the same thing over and over. You know, you know, you know, you know, now that I think about it, that might be the perfect time if Britt Baker's raised go to bring her out as kind of

a because they're gonna have something between her and Mercedes eventually. That was the talk when they first when I first heard about them bringing in Mercedes, they were talking about how they wanted to have her go against Britain. I'm thinking to myself, why, But you know, with the whole CEO and DMD, they that whole thing is going to be an issue down the road.

That could be where she could come back and help her out and maybe get that return that I want to see just because I want to see somebody come back. Yeah, yeah, it makes sense because, yeah, if someone teams up with her, they're either like it could be Camille and it could be just there with Mercedes kind of as her stooge or heater, or it's someone that's gonna feud with her after helping her out. But yeah, that's all interesting, and I'm just curious. So people are complaining about this match

because it's for the championship. They don't understand why Zeuxis is getting a championship match. If I'm looking at this is like, okay, I don't look at it that way. I look at it. It's like, it makes perfect sense why Zas is getting this match, because it's a story. What I don't get is why in the hell as Mercedes Monet still being called the CEO. What the hell is she the CEO of her business? That's what

she's see the CEO of See Okay, she's a small company. It's a play on it's a play on her character as she had in WWE, she was known as the boss. She she's it's about her. Uh, it's about her her. You know how you always hear about people with like you have your own brand. She's her brand. Everything she does is about I think about all these different times. Here, you've got a thing. You can look that on the TV. You can follow me wherever I'm going.

She's building her brand. So she's the CEO of the Mercedes. Who the hell else would be? But that's the whole thing I see Kelson, that's stupid, but that's how she did it w w E. So they're kind of doing it here now in a little bit different way because then she was just called the boss and they made a big deal about her being the boss

and she was the the thing. Now she's here, so now instead of being the boss and caught being the w w E, she's now doing CEO and that's that's just the you know, the bigger boss that but that's what it is. It's wrestling. You can want to be a dick, but well, unfortunately, I don't ever want to be just your more to people complaining about championship title shot, who cares? And has there ever is made

a t n T or a TBS title match almost every week? I think if you're if you're for the faith and she's willing to defend the title, so it's up who the hell cares who it is? It could be generally speaking, when you look at the t n T, what did Adam Copelott have? What he was TT champion Cope opened, Julia Hart, Jade Carr Gill always open challenges. It's g n T and t B S titles are open challenge titles, So Look, I'm gonna say it. The people are

complaining about zekes Is getting a title shot. Shout app Okay, that's agree, and it gives him something to complain about. Yeah, I'm gonna have to go find some of these posts and have some fun. Yeah, oh boy. We have one one match left unless something's been announced while we've been doing this podcast. But Ray Phoenix won a championship opportunity to challenge for the

international title against Will Osprey. This could be a really awesome match because Ray Phoenix is maybe the best high flyer or one of the best high flyer wrestlers in the world, and Will Osprey is right there alongside. Will Osprey is not like solely a high flyer, but he is. He can do all those things as well. I think this could be a fantastic match, and I'm sure will Osprey will win. But yeah, I'm excited for this. I agree. I mean, Ray Phoenix is superb. There's no other way

to put it. He's superb. It's kind of unfortunate that he's putting in a put in a situation where he's gonna take the obvious loss. I just don't see, you know, Phoenix in any situation. Winning this match, it's like a one loss for Phoenix win for a Ostbury. But this is one of those matches you just sit back and you go like, Okay, I'm gonna enjoy the match because they should put out a really good banger. So yeah, this is definitely gonna be probably the match of the night.

I'm hoping it's not the first match. I hope it's actually the main event, because there ain't nothing else on the show right now that would be main offen status. So well, stut, if you look at the card, you've got Orange Cassidy's face sitting right there. He's gonna be the not trios match is gonna be the first match, I hope. So what I'd like to see the first match is Dustin Rhodes and Jack jack Berry. Yeah,

but if they were smart, they would do Mercedes Monday and Jusas. Yeah, that could be good too, because they always want to get like that catchy song either John Moxley, Orange Cassidy, but Mercedes Monette could fit the bill. Oh you know what that means, it's TV time, that's what we're doing. That might be there. He can't we didn't get the tree last week. Hopefully this week it'll be in the ring. Yeah, so real looking? Make that for him? I hope it's the same one that

they've folded down and now they've brought back with them two weeks later. Yeah, it looks like in a bad shape as uh card Blade. Yeah, yeah, he was. He was kind of haunched. Hey. I don't know if y'all have seen some of the segments he's done on other shows, but when he did the one, I can't remember who it was, but he puts somebody said through a TV in WWE. Who are you talking about Jericho? Okay, yeah, you're talking about he He's always had a show

like this and an interview show or something like that. Everywhere he's been, he's always had something like that, and it's always ended up coming to a point where it has a meaning and something. I think it might have been Sean. Was it Seawan Michaels? I think I Sean Michaels. He put through the TV. But he puts somebody through a TV. Okay, Well

back up to Well Osprey and Ray Phoenix. Does anybody have anything to say about this that it's going to be a good one, because I really don't want to talk about Chris Jericho at all, because I don't give a shit about you, Chris Jared. Didn't we talk about him already? We did, and we talk about him with w w ee. Okay, how did we get back to Jericho? I don't know, but yeah, it is unfortunate about this Will Osprey Ray Phoenix match that we that it's so obvious that

will Osprey is gonna win. I mean, now there there's maybe a small part of me that's like, well, you know, they could take the title off will Osprey here to free him up for the world title, but I mean that's probably not what we're going to see. Or they can just have a rematch two weeks from now and have Osprey went it back. I don't know, uh huh, or will Osprey could get concussed and Ray Phoenix will well yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm just saying that's how Ray Phoenix

has won titles in the past. There you go. Well, then he also lost the title more is the second time because he was hurt. Yeah, So it happens both ways every healthy whether it's k fab or not. Right. All right, guys, well that's our show for tonight. We will be back tomorrow night for a review of Dynamite, which I am really thinking that we're gonna have a really fun Dynamite tomorrow night. I really do so. I hope you'll join us for that and uh, I so,

I'm just gonna sign off for the Ignition podcast. This is Kelson, Bye guys. But sounds so good there. You do it well, so do I Yeah, yeah, you do damn it. Future career is Chris Jericho, impersonator. Oh my god.
