It's Tuesday. You know what that means. It's time for addition with the aaw fat podcast team. This is Kelson and this is Alex and yeah, tonight we didn't have a lot of news. We had a Collision episode that I think Kelson you hated. I thought was. I think everybody hated it. I think you know, there was a point they had to match between Claudio cast and Noli and Johnny TV that went on it felt like forever, and yeah, I felt like there's a real low point in my collision viewing
days. Well, if you look at the ratings, it was a low point all around for everything. What was it, one hundred and twenty two thousand people saw collision. That's a funny story behind that. So there's like this guy who just hates AEW and apparently the rumor is that he gets these fast nationals kind of fed to him by ww E. So anytime that collisions or aw ratings are really bad, they feed him these ratings that are expensive
to get, like before anybody else. But anyways, the actual number was like high, three hundred thousands, not great, but it was like three times whatever this guy reported, So oh well, thank god for that so that boring ash show actually got more viewers. Cool. Yeah, No, it was. The Osprey match was good, but it was It was just a great match and not not a lot of drama behind it because there was no way Kyle o'rallley was winning. And then there was a lot of squash
matches that that Johnny TV match really was. I will say this. I will say this is that we were doing a live chat on the aw fat hub sub reddit. By the time it got to the Will Osprey and and Kyle Riley match, everybody had left. I did not see the match. I had long turned that show, that that show off because I was just absolutely bored stiff. Yeah, and we're going to talk about the part of the show that I hated the most a little bit later. Yes, So
let's get up with let's get out with the beat of the show. Sure, I think you know. There was a report maybe two or three weeks ago from Fightful, and we never got around to talking about it, but it was a list of all the injured people currently in ae W. And there's also some other names that I want to add here because I've had some interesting thoughts about ways to return some of these people, But I'm gonna read
through this list right now. It's pretty long. We have Adam Cole, Bandido, The Blade, Dan Hausen, Doctor, Britt Baker, Drealistico, Eddie Kingston, Jamie Hayter, Jeff Hardy, Julia Hart, Keith Lee, Kenny Omega, Coda Aboushi, Mark Davis, Mark Quinn, miro Or Tease, Penelope Ford, Powerhouse, Hobs, Ruby Soho, Dami Guvara, Scorpio, Sky, t Mellow, and last but not least, Wheeler Yuda, who actually seems to be coming back tomorrow night on Din. Yeah, so
maybe the injury book is over. And then those names that you read, Obviously there's sub that are not injured. They're just on lea. But but they're not they're they're not there, like Dan Housen, Dalistico, Those are guys that's like, are they not there because they don't want to be there? Are they because Tony doesn't want to use them? You have Pelt before to Tate Mellow, Yeah, Ruby Soho that are definitely on on leave, Yeah, Matt maternity leave. Sammy Guvar is on paternity leave, but not
really. He was suspended, but he's back for suspension. He was unsuspended like two weeks ago. Yeah, he didn't mention Ricky Starks either, No, I was gonna mention. So I have a few other names, and these are names that aren't doing much or are m I A. So there's Kip Sabian who's just not being used. He was on Rampage last three months ago, and maybe he's doing Ring of Honor stuff, but I don't I'm not aware of all that. Another name, Commander who's kind of around if
there's like a multiman match, but not really. And I think the Commander got injured. I don't think so, maybe because I saw he had some like multi min matches in April and then has done a little bit in Ring of Honor. But he seems like a good guy to have around. Oh. Absolutely. Aaron Fox he's another guy that's been mostly mia. I think he's on Ring of Honor, but you know, as I said, not everyone watches that. Probably most people don't. And then two big names.
We have Ricky Starks, who was last on March thirtieth at the Tag Team tournament where he sort of seemed like he got injured, but right apparently he's not injured. And then the biggest name of everyone for he's been gone since aw Revolution. Adam Page, right, yeah, yeah, he was out. He left for They really didn't say why, but he left for family reasons or yes, is what they intimated at the time. Yeah, they
said personal reasons, right. HM. One thing with with Ricky Starks and with Adam Page, one thing I've been thinking is the elite right now, they're young Bucks, Okata, Jack Perry. So they have four guys, they have a tag team. They have Jack Perry going for the TNT title. You have Okada with the continental title. But they don't really have a guy who's like the world title person. And I feel like you always kind
of have that with the big stable like that, and they don't. And I feel like both those guys, Ricky Starks and Adam Page could make a lot of sense in that role for them. One of the I think with the Ricky Starks, the rumor is that he's leaving, and that's kind of what maybe maybe yeah, And that's and that's one of the things that's tough about some of these is that some of these guys that aren't being used, that we know aren't injured. I don't think that like uh shit, now
I lost his name, the Bulgarian guy, Miro Miro He. I don't think he's hurt. The last I heard he was he was back home in Bulgaria. It had to do with him and his wife splitting up or whatever. So, you know, there's some of them that without knowing exactly why they're gone, it's hard to say, you know what, when they'll come back, if they'll come back. But I kind of agree with you on
that. I think that that would be and I think it would probably be better if it was Cole or Adam Page instead of Starks, just because of his affiliation with the Elite in the past. Yeah, and he's on a long term contract, right, he's not leaving, well we hope not, at least not anytime soon. Yeah. Well with Starks is that every time he gets put into a program, through no fault of his own, the program falls as shit because somebody gets injured, or they get suspended or they
get fired, you know. So you know, it's like, I don't know, it's like there's a dark cloud following around any wrestler in aaw it's got to be Ricky Starks jinks. Yeah, Yeah, it is interesting, but the fact that he was in all those programs, whether they fell apart through no fault of his own, does show that they've tried to make a
big deal. They gave him the tag team titles, which not it was a lackluster run, but they don't give a lot of people titles other than a Ring of Honor titles in aw just for no reason, Like there's faith behind him, but he's always been stop and start. Yeah, I think the biggest problem with that is the fans don't agree with that. A lot of them think that Ricky's being misused. But like you said, he has been given so many programs that aren't his fault or falling apart. It just
so happens that wrong place, wrong time, So you know it. I would love to see Ricky Starks stay because he is He is a very he has the potential to be a very good wrestler. One of the main reasons everybody thinks that he's on the way out is because he's friends with Cody, so they're assuming he's going to go join Cody. Mm hmm, yeah, don't make assumptions so right, But he also he has a little bit of
the Ethan Page vibe. To me where I hate to say it, but you can't see him being successful in WWE just because of what he brings to the table is almost more valuable in WWE than it is an AW. Yeah, yeah, he doesn't. He gives you that vibe of being a WWE style guy more than an AW guy. And there's a few of them that are like that, Yeah for sure. Yeah. Anyway, I mean, it'd be interesting to see when these absent wrestlers and talent are able to come
back and what they do when they do come back. Mm hmm. There's some big names there that a lot of people have been talking about, going gee, I wish they'd come back real soon, you know, and if predicting have been predicting their returns that have been disappointed that they have not returned yet. Mm hmm. Yeah for sure. That's another thing I kind of I kind of think that AW kind of drops the ball on as they don't really keep you informed or keep the fans informed on what's actually going on with
some of these folks. For example, like, uh, the most of the women that are out, Jamie Hater has been out for over a year. Nobody said anything. We don't really know anything with that is going on with her. We don't get any kind of update at all. And I think that's a that's an issue that aw has. That's an issue that's been going on in pro wrestling since I've been watching pro wrestling. Mm hmm.
You know, that's nothing sometimes sometimes, I mean, I'm sorry, but no, every time, unless it's a minor injury that keeps somebody out for like a week or two, they do keep you informed. If it's more than if it's a major injury, you don't hear anything. Yeah, yeah, and I wonder if it's you know, so when they do return, it's a surprise. Yeah, yeah, especially with the big names, you don't want to tell people that they're going to return. I mean, look
at MJF. He came back, you know, at uh at double or nothing, and frankly, not a lot of people expected it, you know, and it was a it was a big moment. Yeah. But anyway, let's move on. I want to move on. I want to talk about the women's match at for Bid Dorn. I also have a little bit
of a proposition here. We we do know now that Tony Storm has issued a challenge to Mina Shirakawa Ormira is Al we'll call her, and Mina Shirkaala did accept the challenge, So we are going to see Tony Storm against Mina Shirakawa at Forbid Door. But I got to thinking about it, because you know, we're gonna have several women in a W and several women in stardom
that are available. Why don't we have another match and have it as that like the Casino Forbidden Door Gauntlet matches the men did that was really enjoyable, and have that with AW women and Stardom women and have the winner of that match maybe get a future shot at the AW Women's title. I like that, you know. But anyway, because let's face it, there are so many women in there are so many women in stardom and AW that deserve to be in Forbidden Door. But let's face it, they're not going to get
as much time as the men are. So but on the other hand, they may need to rely a little bit more on the women because NJPW is a little bit weak on the men's side. No telling what CML is going to be able to do as far as work visas, et cetera. You know, and you never know you have to have contingency plans, is what I'm saying. I mean, it'll be something, but I'd like to hear
what you're thought on. First of all, Tony Storm and Mina Shirakawa, how do you see that playing out or how would you like to see it play out? Because my own thoughts and what do you think about the Gauntlet
match idea or Jevy, can you think of something better? Yeah? I think I first thought, you know, they have to have more Stardom women than just Mina Shrikawa on the show, and I was thinking that they would do something along the lines of what they did at their Supercard of Honor with like the Showcase Stardom three on three match, But I think the Casino Gauntlet is actually a much better idea, especially forbid Indoor. Yeah, you have it. You know, the winner gets the title shot, like I guess
because all the titles are already spoken for. We got Stephanie pickir and and now Mina share Kawa, so they're gonna both be on the main card and then it could be the opening match. You almost don't want to have it on zero hour because it would be such a good match and good showcase,
and they could have tons of not even just stardom women. You could have like t jp W because I know a W sort of has a relationship with them as well, right with Hakarashida, Well me, uh me you yamashidas wrestled in a W. Uh mazuki from uh because we're wrestled at a W.
Of course, Yukasakazaki was the mainstay in t JPW as well. Yeah, uh so there have been different women from t JPW there, Yeah, I think that's However, However, I don't think that you're going to see t JPW women at Forbid door because I'm sure Tadahashi wants his women to stardom women to be featured and not play second fiddle to any other promotions. Yeah, that makes sense, and I guess that's something you definitely have to consider
when you're running these shows. I guess CMLL is alright because they also have a relationship with New Japan A most definitely. Yeah, but what do you want, Alex, What do you see in this Tony Storm versus Mina Sheri Kawa match, Because it's more than just a match, because you also have to throw Mariah May into the mix because Maria May has got a relationship with
Tony Storm and Mina shar Kala. Uh. So, I think I think it's really awesome how they've built this match because it's not just a forbidden door match, it's a storyline that's been going been Supercard of Honor. Maybe even before that, Mina Shirts showed up repeatedly. She has the relationship with Mariah May. It's it's almost more part of the storyline. I know you've called forbidden Door filler season, but this is like a more straight line rich stopper.
Yeah that's I don't know what's worse, but yeah, like this, this is a storyline driven match. Uh. It can lead to the disintegration of Tony Storm and Mariah May's relationship. I have a hard time picturing Mina Sherikawa winning this match, but it would be cool, and it could free Tony up to have a feud with Mariah May that doesn't need the title and puts the title on a stardom woman. That could be very good for stardom business. So I don't I don't see it happening, but I think it
would be a really cool idea if it did. Yeah, what about you sudden. What do you see going on here? We've been We've been talking about this one for a while now, and we pretty much all have the same general idea that it's going to lead to a three way where Mirror Mini did that, where uh, it's gonna come down to Mirror sheer Kawa and Tony are going me meani meani, I don't know, I don't care.
Is going to carse your count but they're gonna fight over Mariah. It's gonna lead to it's gonna lead to what hopefully will be the further and deepening of Tony going into that place that even splits her personality into super fragments. And I think we all been talking about that same thing for a long time.
I, on the other hand, and like you, Alex, I do think that I see here Kala winning the title, like uh, I know alex Or that Kelson is thinking the same thing, And I kind of agree with the reasons why he thinks that is it's a good way to get some life into stardom and give them a chance to do some stuff with that and have the title outside the US for a time or two, maybe just to give it more exposure. But I think it's gonna be. It could end
up being. To me, it could have them being the biggest and best part of the Forbidden Door. I agree with you. Look, before I get into talking about what I think should happen, I want to point out something. Let's look at the other titles that AW has, that just AW has that are available here. The Continental title Okada is not going to lose it Forbidden Door. We know that the TNT title isn't going to be lost or Forbidden Door because it's going to be Taquesta, probably against Jack Perry for
that. We know that the World title isn't going anywhere because it's going to be Sware of an osprey. Right, So what does that leave at least the tag titles at least, which will the Trios titles which I don't see going anywhere either, and and it also leaves uh the FTW title which frankly, who gives a ship about side on the Trios side note on the Trios.
If the Trios titles is defended at Forbidden Door, it will not include h it will not include it will have to be with the guns, the guns and not switch Blade because he's not he is by whatever it was when he left, he made it that he said he would not compete in anything related to New Japan again, So Dave White won't be involved in Forbidden Door at all. I had not heard that it was. It was they brought
it up. Somebody brought it up. I think it was on the other a W I think it was on AW the other subreddit, the UH and they said something about that was part of what he said when he left he would not be involved in New Japan again, so it would be the guns. And my brain's not working at the moment right now, and regardless, honestly, all sudden, I don't believe that. Yeah, it sounds like
he was just talking. So somebody spewed it at the mouth. If you want to bring it up tomorrow night, if you want to do some research and actually confirm that for tomorrow night. But I don't want to have a I don't want to have a you know, discussion as fact about something that is probably bullshit, honestly. But anyway, let me get back to what
I was talking about. My point, So I was talking about the casino forbid Door ladder batch or not the ladder batch, the Gauntlet batch that the men had a couple of weeks ago, which went over really really well, was really enjoyable. It was fun to watch. Why not do the same thing with the women. Of course, it would be a casino match, would be a forbidden door match, It'll be a gauntlet match, and they're the same rules. First one to get the pin wins, and what they
win is a future shot at the AW Women's World title. This is the spot where Mariah May could enter that match and win the future women's title match. Then in the Tony Storm versus Mina Shirakawa, have Mina win again. Like Sutton said, and that I've said in the past, this would really help strengthen the Stardom roster because hey, they've got a AW belt suddenly.
I'm not saying Mina should keep that belt for anywhere, dear, you know, like maybe not even a month maybe, but have at their next paper view, have Mariah May go to stardom and win that belt off of Mina Shirakawa, and then you have the Mariah May and Tony Storm match ready made because Tony Storm being the champion would have a rematch clause. And there you go. And that's what I see for it. And I think that would be really really fun mm hmm, and then that match would be a Wembley
all in. I probably would not put it at all in at Wembley. I would probably put it like on a Dynamite you know, you know, you know how Dynamite or sometimes does a pay per view on TV kind of. Yeah, that would be a really really good way to do it because I think Wembley would be probably the place where you're going to be looking at Baker or somebody coming back. So we have one last piece of news. This is coming out of WWE. So apparently Becky Lynch's contract has expired.
I'm not super familiar with Becky Lynch, like I'm aware of her obviously, she's been a huge deal in the women's division. I can't remember actually watching any of her matches personally, but I know she is a huge deal in women's wrestling. She's been one of the biggest stars in WWE. She's now
apparently a free agent. I don't I don't see her coming to AEW because they've already just spent like ten twenty million dollars on you know, Mercedes Monette and Okada and Will Osprey really recently, so it seems like a lot of money is spoken for, and apparently she would command maybe the most money out of all of them if she did come over. Not to mention, her husband is still employed in WWE. But yeah, wondering other people's thoughts on
this piece of news. Well, look, I have a lot of respect for Becky Lynch because her story is one of the underdog that made it happen. I mean she was literally a jobber. I mean she was nothing, and she worked her tail off and quickly became the man and she deserves every bit of it. But when it comes to Becky Lynch in AW, I will say it right now, there is zero percent chance that make it Lynch
comes to AW. Zero and that's it. Like you said, I don't see her coming, But if she wanted to see how I wouldn't pass her up. But I think the women's division is good right right now. She'd make it better, of course, but she needs to break and I don't see her coming at all. But she's a good wrestler. I wouldn't pay her more than anybody else, just as much as Mercedes is worth. But that's just me. What about you, So do you have any opinions on
Becky Lynch. I'd love to see her in a definitely would be better than the rest of anybody in AW, including Mercedes. I think she is part of the original four horse Women of wrestling for them, But yeah, she would be a great addition. We'll just have to wait and see. I guess it'll be one of those things where she'll decide what she wants to do and it'll end up being what it is. Yeah. I mean, look, Becky is a great talent and I would love to see her at AW.
She's that good. But I just don't think there's a chance. But anyway, let's move on to our Dynamite preview and we may as well get this over with because this is just this is me off to no end. I am sorry, but Roderick Strong, the man with zero charisma in a faction, the Undisputed Kingdom, that has lost its way, and they never
had a way to begin with, and they still lost their way. Roderick Strong approached Tony Kahan on collision had said that I'm paraphrasing here, Hey, I should get a shot at the World Championship, and Tony Kahn was like, that's a great idea. And so now we have Swerve Strickland versus Roderick Strong fortyaw Men's World Championship on Dynamite in a match that I have absolutely no plans on watching. My my channel will be turned for this match because I
cannot watch Roderick Strong at all. It's just like you ever see Kingston. Have you ever seen the movie Life Force Alex where has that? You know, that pretty naked space vampire who didn't suck suck blood, She sucked the energy out of people. And basically what happens is when she gets a hold of somebody and she does her vamp space vampire thing to come out looking out
like prunes. Well, that's kind of what I feel. I feel like Roderick Strong is the space vampire and he sucks all the energy out of me whenever I watch him. He is that god awful. He needs a He needs to have a total revamp of his character because I just simply cannot stand
to watch him perform awful. It is awful. He can be the greatest wrestler in the world that I don't give a damn you know why he wants He says he deserves the shot, right it's because he was supposed to be the last guy that came in in the last Gauntlet match, and Osprey won it before he got to go in, so he didn't get to win the gauntlet match, and that was his reasoning to get the title shot. Send
his back and leave him there. Oh god, Yeah, I don't want to say he's a terrible go ahead, No, go ahead, Okay, I don't think he's a terrible wrestler. He just doesn't have that connection to the fans. He was funny for a little bit when he was yelling Adam, but other than that, he really has an interest. It'll be a decent match. He's a good wrestler, but but he just doesn't need to be that. I understand why. It's a nice go to me, but I want to ask you guys, when you get done with this, what
would you guys do to end the Undisputed King? Because I know they have to it's gonna be a wild till Ole comes back. I want to ask you what do you guys think you guys would do to get rid of him? I can answer that right now, absolutely nothing. Just say all right, my name is Tony conn and I'm the president's CEO and owner of a W and the on Disputed Kingdom, You're done, sorry, goodbye, I mean start again. I mean it is so bad. The Undisputed Kingdom is
so bad they don't need an explanation to end it. Yeah, in their defense on Collision against Leo Rush, when they were wearing his stupid big coat and saying that it was a sleeping bag and then he should sleep in it, that was some of the best stuff they've done in their entire time in ae W. You saw that, I did see it. That was probably the highlight until the final match when it came the collision. I turned it off when Roderick Strong was out there. I turned it off when Tavid and
Bennett were out there. I turned it off well before the osprey and uh right, because I was just so sickened by the show that how bad it was. Yeah, sorry, I I love AW but when I see a piece of ship, I'm not going to sit there and say that's antique furniture. I better say it's a piece of ship. It was. It was an abnormally mediocre episode of AW TV. I would say, for sure, I don't know how to fix that show either, But I think it's usually pretty good, Like a lot of the times, it's more fun than you
even would expect. But last Saturday was like laing continuity. I mean, because storylines don't seem to flow through it. They can't. I don't know how to explain it. I think this week was I think it was the fact that they were in a different spot. He kind of went from la to I can't remember what was that on Saturday, and then they're going back to the place they were before. So he kind of was like a it
was almost like an afterthought place to have matches. It was like, well, we need to go here, let's do this, we'll put these matches on, we'll satisfy the contract there, and then we'll go back to doing things on dynamite like we should have done in the first place. But when it comes to RODERI strong, he kind of puts me in the mind of Paul Cogan. He's got like one or two moves that he uses all the
time, and that's it. He uses his backbreaker, or he puts him up against the rope and he smacks him across the face a couple of times. That's it, and he's does nothing else. With any kind of he just he needs to go. They need to send his ass, Like I said, they need to send him and the other two put him on r Oh, keep him on ro Oh, get rid of the Undisputed Kingdom. There's no I mean, it was fine when they first came in and it was Bobby Fish and they were all four on there, and they kind of
were bringing it in from and Roddy wasn't even there at that point. Yeah, yeah, Bobby Fisher's right. And then it's just like you know, people, I keep every everybody keeps saying, oh, he's a great wrestler. He's a great wrestler. I watched all his matches. I've seen nothing that makes him even close to be considered a great wrestler. Yeah, I think he's pretty great. I think he he's a hard hitter. He's like he's a tier. He's clearly a tier below like Kenny Omega and will Ospray,
if not two tiers. Uh, he's even below maybe like but you know Buddy Matthews and some of those guys. But I do think he is a high level wrestler. I think Tony really respects his wrestling ability, but he is over exposed because him is a character is just not It's okay for me, I think most people it's not working at all. For yeah,
yeah, sorry, I lost my train of thought, I think. But the fact that he went to Tony and that's not like an experiment to me, that he's going to Tony Kahan, and like they're trying to come up with a storyline reason for why these Dynamite matches happened, because they're probably gonna books where versus Roddy's anyways, and they're like, hey, let's try to have Roddy go backstage and and make it part of the show. And it it was very awkward, and I think people were not happy with it generally.
See I prefer Kyle Riley more than I do Rodert Strong. I know, he's kind of little, he's kind of super funny in his own way. You know, he plays the air guitar on this championship belt. He's goofy. I watched the hey w thing with him and he's a funny, well well well spoken guy, and I'm glad he's by himself. But I don't understand how Undisputed went from great in NXT to just nothing. Is it is it because Bobby Fish left and Roddy joined, or because they were so
good with Adam Cole, or to Adam Cole. I don't know. I think it's Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strung is the least likable out of all of them. Well, maybe Bobby Fish is less likely. You got to you gotta take out the tag team because they were not part of n x T, not and not as undisputed. They just happened to be along with Roddy in a w They weren't part of it in n XT.
They were with Adam Cole before, they were part of Adam Cole's kingdom and Ring of honor back in the right, and then when when he went to n x T, it was it was Coal and Fish and Roddy and O'Reilly. That was therefore for the underspeed disputed error. Those were the four there, and then when they all came over here, Roddy being the last of the four to come. They would have been fine if it would have been those four, but when you had in the tag team, they're just they're
horrible too. They're they they are probably worse than Roddy. Is that seems nothing good from them at all. You know, I like Matt Tavern, Matt Tavin. Matt Tavern, my my wife called him. Mike Bennett doesn't do it for me. Yeah, I mean, the best part of that group comes and goes. He's just the best part of those two is the wife. And she's not even there anymore. Yeah, he's not part of
the Three Canals. Is the best part of that group, and she's still in a ring of honor, but she's like managing Griff Garrison or something. Griff cares now listen, but your buddy, your buddy. Uh yeah, I want to I want to go back and address something that Sutton said earlier
when we were talking about this match, specifically talking about Collision. So we had Rampage on Friday night and Collision on Saturday night, and at the Wrestling Hub discord where we all congregate, we were talking about Rampage on Saturday night on Friday night about I would say about nine pm Eastern time, and everybody was like, well, hey, Rampage is in an hour and other people were like, no, it was on two hours ago, and we are the biggest a w fans out there. Really a month the biggest, and
we had no idea when the show was on. Okay, then when it got to Saturday night, it was collision. The conversation on the AW fat up subreddit live chat was, Hey, is this a live show or was this taped? You know. So here's the thing, and this is the
point about this AW. When you promote your shows, you have to understand that not everybody is on Twitter. You've got to take advantage of YouTube, You've got to take advantage of Reddit, maybe even discord and Instagram and all that kind But honestly, I've never really seen AW promote anything other than on Twitter and Instagram, you know. And they've got to get with the program. I mean, if you want people to watch your shows, you got
to let people know when your shows are on. That's my point. Yeah, and this colosure, I think originally it wasn't even supposed to Maybe it was supposed to be on at like ten hour or midnight or something because there's supposed to be a basketball game. Yeah, the Mavericks won in like five games, so they didn't play that night, right, Yeah, so it is all over the place. Yeah, Like sometimes on Saturday nights, I sit down to watch collision with my wife and it's like, oh, it's

I would be willing to make an AW spokesperson in their community or whatever a moderator just so they can come on and promote AW shows with official announcements and stuff like that. And I'm sure that the other subreddits would do it. And you
know, discords the same way. I mean, there's wrestling discords out there, there's podcast Look, get get your stars out there doing amas, not only on Twitter but also on renting. You've got to promote. You're not going to be able to compete with WWE because WWE has a fifty some year head start on you. So you've got to go out. You've got to think outside the box, you know. But when you have big AW fans not knowing when the hell your show is on, that's a problem. It's
a problem, and I feel stupid. I honestly I do not like Twitter. I don't use Twitter hardly at all. But if I want to find out anything about AW from AW, I have to go to Twitter to find out about it. That should not be I don't and Facebook. But uh, I think now that the NBA, they're losing the NBA, UH, CBS and m R that uh, that maybe this will help a W inadvertently
because now they don't have to combat with them during this season. They still have baseball, of course, but and baseball is here there never besides the playoff, I don't think it's really gonna matter. So I you know, I I think it's gonna help. But like I said in the group chat, I really think that that Collision needs a roster where we know people are gonna be on there so people will be uh, and it needs a better time slot because I always forget that it's on and I start watching that a
little bit later. So but I don't But I don't know what happened because it's been good in the past. It's had some really good shows and really had some show and they're really gonna miss Copeland because he's been like the guy on on Collision, So I wouldn't why the last episode was rough because they missed out on him. Yeah, I think AW needs to realize that they can't put their hat, you know, put the hat on the head of one person and tell them to run with it and it's their show. They've

It was the loser leaves New leaves Japan. Okay, so by that match, he won't compete, and you know how those work, it'll be for it was just like when Cody said, I won't go for the TNT title again. If I lose this match and you lost, it'll be one of those things where eventually they'll get that out of there.
But that's the reasoning behind him not being able to compete it Forbidden Door, Okay, Well, by what you just said, loser leaves japad Forbidden Door is at Long Island, New York. So that's I'm not really great with geography, but I don't think Long Island, New York is a pad. So I think that's not You're not following wrestling logic there, mister Kelson,
but whatever wrestling logic is. So there's a five percent chance that there's going to be a thirty chance of a of a match for trios at Forbidden Door, and if if there is a match, fifty chance that it's going to evolve three guys from New Japan and another fifty chance that it's going to evolve the Bang Bang Gang. Let's talk about an actual match. We have a match that has kind of stirred up a little bit of controversy with the Internet wrestling community because because you know, people are nuts. Uh Mariah May versus Theraa. Now this was advertised by mistake last week. I was never going to happen last week
on Dynamite. It was always scheduled to be on this week's Dynamite, And of course because of this, uh people on Twitter were saying that Soraya is uh disgusted with a W and she wanted to quit and all that kind of geez. But anyway, so the match is happening, Mariah May versus soria There's always a chance that there's gonna be a little bit of story involved here with Harley Cameron, who has been impressive in the ring. But I think we can all agree that Mariah May, if this is a straight match,
Maria May isn't going to lose this now, shouldn't. Yeah, I think for sure Maria May has to win here, and I guess out of all the people she's faced in ae W, this might be her biggest. I don't want to say Soriah is the best opponent she's faced, but he is a former champion and she hasn't lost a lot of matches. I don't think in a W this could be a big deal for Rian Man. I do think that they're building Mariam up for eventually to be credible challenger for Tony Storm,
So I think, of course Maria male win. What was the latch bat last batch at three? Was it was it all in? Uh? I don't know when she lost the title No No last match with Camrange. Yeah, and then I figured where they were funny it was it was it was uh tony and yeah it was. I know. The reason why I was bringing it up is because you know, Siray's got a lot of help. She cut a lot of flak over her performance and h in a w but in that particular match, she looked really good. I thought she looked
great. Uh. One of the things that I really do base wrestlers on, whether it's male, female, whatever, is not the moves that they could do, but the moves that they could take. I appreciate the one the wrestlers. I think that a good barometer of how good a wrestler is is how good they could make the other person look That's what the best wrestlers do. They make the other wrestlers look good. And I thought Sarray did a really terrific job at that match. Well that's that's it. That's all

that, we have an eight man tag match. We have the Blackpool Combat Club and I'm pretty sure the first match that Wheeler you have had in a long time. We read him in the injury list. Yeah, he's been gone for quite a while and he's back and he's still in the Blackpool Combat Club. They have not kicked him out and he is. So they're facing CML guys. The ongoing feud between John Moxley and everyone in CMLL as they established months and months ago, and we have Magnus, Vallador, Junior,
Ruhido and Esfigne. I don't know if I pronounced their names right. I applaud you, sir. I don't know if you're pronounce them rite either, but they sounded like you did. Yeah, for sure. So so I think this will be a fun match. I remember they had like a three on three match, I think all Blackpool Combat Club without Wheeler you to get other CMLL guys, and that was a really good match. So I expect more of the same, and maybe we'll get an idea of what what they're
going to do with Forbidendor with some of these CML guys as well. Yeah, I mean this is what I think. This is probably as a vehicle or means to add CML guys, cml L guys too. Forbidden Door. Well, what does everybody else think about this match? I'm gonna first of all, I'm gonna start calling Alex Mike today for his ability to be able to talk about loot doors and uh and his pronunciation. That's that's very good. I like it. I think it's fine. Uh, that's a good
match. Good way to showcase c M L l LL. I have some dream matches involving some of their people for for for Forbidden Door, so it'd be a good introduction. I like some of those. Man's a black guy. I didn't know, but I've been looking at the roster lately. Heather for bed Door. Well and uh, Sud, what do you think about this match? This would be a good match. You know, it's gonna be the same as the other ones. It'll be Blackpool beating up on female
guys and it'll be crazy and maybe they'll win. Maybe it'll be the chance for you to take a fall. I don't know. It should be fun though, and I kind of agree. It'll be a way to get them involved because, as it stands, the only one from CMLL it's involved in Forbidden Door right now, is there women's champion? Yeah, right, So you got to get the guys in there somehow. Yeah. So I'm hoping that we see something good. What one thing to point out about this match
is this is from Tony conn himself. In the history of the Blackpool Combat Club, this is the first time that all four have appeared in a match together. First time out. Wow Wow, that's crazy. I would have thought that that would have happened before, but apparently not. This is the first time we've all been in a match together. That's straight out of Tony KOs So it is a historic event. Yeah, and as we've already alluded
to, Wheeler Dah is back. We are saved because Wheeler, you to, the king of the Blackpool Combat Club, is back, the facto leader, the most important in the puzzle, the cog of the wheel, the ying of the yang. I ran out of stuff to say. The guy allows them to actually lose matches because he can take right the one with the best beard, because I have to give that to him. He does that the best way. Okay, I do think. Yeah, I'm looking at
all their beards. Now I see where you're coming from. Yeah, I'm glad he has the beard because if you share, I keep thinking like, Okay, you shaved the beard off of off of Wheeler da and he's clean shaven. He probably looked like a boy scout. But anyway, Look, so there's only one more thing to talk about. And in Aw's Twitter, which I am forced to go to to find news about Aw, as I said earlier, it said that you never know what MJF is going to say.
Well, he's going to be there tomorrow night and in Loveland, Colorado, and MJF is going to speak live tomorrow night, and yeah, you never know what he's going to say. Do you think we see Adam Cole come out? Do you think we see Wardlow come out? Wardlow had a thing going on. I mean, there's been some talk about Roush being calling out MJF. So MGF has several people that are probably gunning for him,
which is a good thing because there's all kinds of options with MJF. And I've also heard talk that MGF maybe thinking of starting his own faction, which would be interesting. So yeah, so what do you think, I mean, do you have any expectations for MGF tomorrow night or do you just want to hear him just faced off? Hmmm? I think it'll be interesting because
you'll have so many different people that could come out interact with him. You know, you mentioned the ball, but you didn't mention uh Joe because you know him and Joe got a thing. But you could see all of them. I mean, they could all come out tomorrow. Now. You could have Cole and Rouge and Joe and Wardlow and Rio. You just never know who's going to come out and and it'll be very interesting to see what he
has to say. It'll be it'll be crazy because this is his first live television appearance since he's been heard, so you know everybody's anticipating this one. But that faction idea, that's kind of interesting. That could be very very interesting. I've seen a couple of sheets report that he may be looking to start a faction, which would be very interesting. He's always done to do
with factions. I like Pinnacle when he's right. And I don't know if he'll be fac or he'll I imagine he'll be a cleaner like he's been. But I'm guaranteeing that next week, next week will be will be rouche or will be Collision that rouche. But that'll be a good match for him to start off with. And uh, I'm off for anything. MJF the love buzz about him. I'm thankful he signed with us and we'll be with us for a while. But he's he's come back, big be horse. He'll
win. But a faction of me would be great. I'm just interesting who he would have tag along. How about the reports they said that he's MGFF is signed a multi year deal worth fifteen million dollars a year. I'm extremely jealous because he's making slightly more money than I am. But I say slightly, I mean about fifteen million more year than I made. Damn Wow, that that's crazy. I wonder how that compares to guys in in the other
company. I don't know. I can't imagine anyone getting I can't. I mean, he is the uh salt of the earth, So I mean he's I didn't realize salt was that expensive. Oh, he's worth it. He's he's worth whatever you pay the guy that makes the most money, because I think he's the biggest deal in a He's young, he has all the wrestling ability, all like more mic ability than anyone in the world. I can't wait to see what he does. It's hard to predict because is it going
to be a forbidden door match that we're setting up here? We already have the main event is basically not really a forbidden door match. It's too aw guys, and jf's been outspoken and not wanting to work with New Japan people. But if it's going to be a forbidden door match, he needs to fight someone. In my opinion, that's not just an AEW person, Nick, But please God, don't let it be murder Grandpa. No please? Yeah? No, Like, there is some interesting people like Gabe Kid who
is pretty good on the mic as well. There's yeah, there's certain people in AW yeah, Nick Nemeth. There's like Zach Saber Junior too, Like, there's some interesting people that can talk back with m JF. And and then there's also if he is starting a faction, is that that then I think the most obvious opponents would be the elite because he's kind of raw rah ae w and there who does he take with him? Who does he mean
he likes to join. I feel like CR is who I want to see just because I love FTR and I love m JF and they already have that history with the Pinnacle. FTR is kind of that some remarks about NJF not not treating them the best kind of outside of k Fabe in the Pinnacle, like he felt like he was too good for them or something. Yeah, I remember that article. Well. I think FTR is a lot bigger of a deal now than they were back then, and and I like them together.
But he could go with the I'm not throw out somebody who had his history with who needs to come back soon, and that's him and Stanbar worked together well when they did the Ring of Honor, when they did the Four Pillars. Thang. Uh, I like Sammy, if you paired him with someone who could talk, I think Sammy could do very well and make him whatever. You know, he'll face whatever. But uh, those two are a good combination. They're both young, they're both they're both supposed to be
pillars, and that's a good story. Anyone else, I don't know any tag teams the top of my head that I put so it's wide open. Yeah, it'd be interesting. There's something to think about. Maybe maybe we'll hear something tomorrow night that kind of gives an idea of where this is going.
