One of the reasons we start businesses is so that we can create time and financial freedom for ourselves, but often time we find that we are actually working a lot longer than when we had a job.

I think one of those reasons is because we haven't set healthy boundaries for ourselves or our businesses, mainly because we haven't quite learned how to do or, or the value.
