He has extensive experience in country development strategy, as well as in the investment, wealth management, and real estate development sectors, where he has served as a general manager and director of expansion and marketing for Central America and consultant for renowned national and international firms. He earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell and MBA from Wharton.

Juan is passionate in his efforts to try to contribute to his country's growth and development, to generate the best jobs, and to try to raise the quality of life and standard of living for Costa Ricans. Juan is such a visionary with heart and passion for country development and a strategic mind to connect the dots between international knowledge and his local ecosystem.
